- Plateup is if overcooked and cooking mama meshed together and made a roguelike, you create a restaurant as a group and have to survive to your 15th day. If a single customer is un happy, the whole restaurant closes down.

Challenge idea: Conveyor belt restaurant. Once you have the tools to do so, serve customers and bus tables only via conveyor belts/grabbers. Orders should be taken with an ordering terminal. Automating food production is encouraged, but should be deprioritized relative to food delivery. All customers are presumed to have severe social anxiety disorder.
I'd love a restaurant like this tho😅🤣
Saw a patch note saying pizza cost at 10 was a bug and it will be 5 now. I had thought pizza might be some kind of unofficially easy mode
Well that wouldn't effect them at all since they spent 0 gold. But it does seem to give too much money, I wonder if halving it is a bit harsh though.

Halving it isnt harsh. The original value was 5, but a bug doubled it. You can make a pizza with 4 servings at the same speed if not slower than you make 1 burger which only has 1 serving. 4 servings for 5 a piece is 20. 1 serving of 5 is 5. So it's worth it going pizza even with the base 5. If you make pizza worth more than 5, then it's even more op, as shown in all the videos before the patch. 10 coins for 4 servings is 40 coins vs your burgers 1 serving for 5 coins

Challenge idea: Take every dish, but you have to put everything (kitchen, dining area, research room etc.) in a single room.
I found that seed aa gives you a massive kitchen. It might work on that seed.

I know it is for the memes. But chopping the tomatoes is making a tomato puree not ketchup, which is pretty standard. It would end up being bright and acidic. That would reduce a tiny bit in the oven, though not nearly as much on the stove. You can make a really nice tomato sauce just by using a hand immersion blender in a can of san marzano tomatoes, add some combo of basil, oregano, and parsley (fresh if you have it), and then a little olive oil. Give it a some time on the stove and you have a really passable quick sauce for after work.
Challenge idea, you must throw out one piece of furniture every day
I don't think you'd last long if you had to do that. Especially if you have a dish, like burgers, that's so cheap that you can't even afford new furniture.
Flatbreads are made with bread that is already baked, while pizza is prepared on the raw dough
But focaccia is a flatbread and it has all the topping before going in the oven.

If you feel like taking the booking desk is cheating, there's a setting to make the booking desk a parcel, so you have to take it and you don't "buy" it for 0 coins
As others mentioned and I seen other CZcamsrs test this idea out customers pay more when the main dish and the side are serve together then they do separate. Makes no sense but that's how it is hopefully they fix that
i think its on purpose as the whole part of the game is to make them as happy as possible one wrong issue and ur out of business so idk maybe not a bug or maybe it is

it's been a few months now so it's probably been addressed if it's a bug, but the 20 could go either way, it could be a bug since you're giving 2 items it just doubles the value of the main or it could be a punishment for making them "wait" for the other part of their meal. it does sound alot more like a bug tho

As a fan living the Philippines for the love of god don’t go to Jolly Bee Skootie your stomach will thank you. The hamburgers are 100% “beefy” the spaghetti sauce isn’t ketchup but definitely a sweet sauce.
Isn"t it banana ketchup? That's what our Filipino friends used in Hawaii.

Pizza is a type of flatbread. There is pizza with no sauce (pizza bianca).
There are middle-eastern flatbreads that are a kinda like pizza. Lahmacun, manakish, stuff like that.

Bacon in the US is form the belly, what we call Canadian bacon is from the back. I don't know if they serve the US version there though? I know in some places they call it streaky bacon.
Canadian bacon is just what Americans call Back Bacon, from the loin. Or just Bacon. As opposed to Side Bacon from the belly.
Less fat. Different cuts. Nothing to do with Canada. Just a marketing thing that stuck in America.
@@Firsona In Canada it's called back bacon. Bacon (from the belly) is bacon, same as in the US. Bacon is eaten much more commonly than back bacon. My grocery store stocks dozens of packages of bacon of different kinds - thin cut, thick cut, reduced sodium, maple flavored vs. like 6 packages of back bacon from the one brand.
Might vary by region though. Ontario has its own variation, peameal bacon, which is back bacon rolled in cornmeal.

It looks like it's $20 for pizza+broccoli on one plate but $11 for serving them separately. Which tbh seems like a rather significant bug.
In the Netherlands we often eat pasta with ketchup too, or just ketchup added to the sauce 🍝 Tho I live in a village with a heinz factory so the ketchup smell gets a bit much at times 😩

@@jmd510 They only had groups of 1 so it obviously wasn't two customers. You can also see it at 26:50. I think whether you serve it combined or separate makes the difference.

Tip: place the oil in the sink. This lets you water and oil the dough in 1 spot

I'm from Kansas my mom eats ketchup on eggs like a fucking psycho... she is the only person I have ever seen do that.
Challenge Idea: i was thinking, idk if this is too hard but maybe a 15 round win using ONLY the starting 4 plates, all sinks are allowed, the automatic plater is allowed, but you have to throw away the original 4 plates for them. and you have to add at least two side/toppings and if the option comes up, you have to increase group sized from 1-2 to 3-4. feel free to play around with the rules and maybe improve the challenge. any food is allowed! Yet another video where itsgng talks about things he knows too little about. Spaghetti sauce, not marinara (which is what's put on pizza), is actually sweet. You add sugar to help cut through the acidity of the tomatoes and help all the flavors meld together more. So, technically, Spaghetti sauce is already sweet. Ketchup is more salty than sweet (Though it is just a refined spaghetti sauce). And marinara sauce is just pulverized tomatoes with some salt and italian herbs.

P.S. - The difference between pizza and flat bread is in the dough. Flat bread doesn't have yeast in the dough. Pizza dough has yeast in it and is allowed to raise for a certain amount of time.
