Finished my Hoenn run first try with Aggron (no mega but he STEALTH ROCK HEAD WOMBO COMBO), Shiny Pelipper and Ludicolo the rain trio, Mawile (no mega but he's there only for Ray), and my favorite old and reliable Sceptile (no mega but he out speed everyone + dragon energy). I love this squad.

At about 10:50 - you never buy max revives. Revive+Hyper Potion has the same effect for cheaper.

Shouldve spliced Salamence with Sceptile, slightly worse special attack sure but you get dragon stab on dragon energy, buffing it to an effective 225 Base power on top of gaining Intimidate, unless your salamence was HA, dont think it was though.

Dude far from perfect, try latias with soul heart ability, stored power, quiver dance. I litterally 1 shot 90% of whole classic with it. 100% one shot round 195 and 200 especially. Was so satisfying.

Surprised you still don't run a pick up mon in your set up to rack up berries. Leppa berries mean no worries about PP ever again and it's such a nice quality of life not having to waste money on that or status (thanks to lum berries). Pokerogue keeps getting better and your playthroughs are among the best for sure, loving the vods.

i firmly believe it's NOT just a deep understanding of the game. its AT LEAST ABOVE AVERAGE understanding of math. the game is just pieces of the equation in card form. those are people who deal in propability, infinity squared and multiplication on a level my fragile mind can only begin to begin to understand. Can you? hear me out. when i play this game i go "this triggers this, and then gets triggered by that, and then this is kinda useless here, so it might be better before this" AT MOST. those guys deal with "oh yeah we got a lot of retriggers. i gotta calculate" shuts up for a second and goes 'if fyou get that you get infinity". that's just not the attention span my mind can accomplish.
