- SASUKE VS DANZO! Naruto Shippuden REACTION Episode 209 210. This Naruto Shippuden Reaction DANZO AND SASUKE ARE FIGHTING! They are fighting because Madara basically spawned in Sasuke for a 1v1 against Danzo, who revealed his Sharingan-filled arm.
Both Danzo and Sasuke brought the HEAT this Naruto Shippuden Reaction. Sasuke with his Genjutsu, Susano'o, and other helpful Jutsus, and Danzo with his Sharingan-arm and Izanagi. Danzo gave Sasuke a really tough time in this fight, but I have a feeling Sasuke will prevail :o

It was cool hearing Yuri doing his take on an insane sounding Sasuke, because usually he plays heroic characters lol.

Danzo's entire personality is basically a man who will do anything to protect the Leaf Village, even if it means destroying it.
His foundation didn't give a damn about the village when pain destroyed it. They just escaped to some other place to save themselves. Some foundation members even questioned his actions and he replied "that's a necessary sacrifice for me to become hokage"

Had to go through an incredibly messed up life for any person, let alone a child, and then you take away the only motive he ever had by revealing him the truth. Put yourself in his shoes, and you would have said, "Burn the whole world down" a long time ago. He is one of the most well-written characters in this series; just accepting Itachi's wishes forgetting everything, and returning to the village with hugs and kisses would have surely been lousy writing.
Danzo could have killed Sasuke but he thought of preserving his chakra for Tobi(madara).Also Danzo isn't in his prime. He is the batchmate of Sarutobi, so what more can you expect from a old man like him. He is really powerful. (I don't like him but this is the truth)
His only chance to kill Sasuke was Kotoamatsukami.
His windstyle attacks were fodder and he had to rely on Izanagi throughout the whole fight.

Can use the replacement technique, as everyone does in this anime against shurikens, or just beat them off with the wind technique? Danzo just merged for the sake of the story, the oldest character is not inferior at the time the 3rd Hokage and the last war, was at the time super stupid to beat him Sasuke.
I've wondered about this because 1) Danzo already used Kotoamatsukami at the summit, and it has to recharge again before he can use it again 2) Sasuke broke Itachi's Tsukuyomi when he only had a regular sharingan with more chakra

Naruto's panic attack is due to everything that's happening to Sasuke and after hearing that all his friends and Sakura all plan to kill him, he couldn't take it anymore. Both he and Sakura promised to bring him home but then Sai comes in and tries to break them of that promise by manipulating his feeling about Sakura to drive a wedge between them. Naruto couldn't take the pain and literally passed out. Because Naruto finally understands his pain, he feels conflicted because he wants to help him get revenge for what happen but he can't help him. Its destroying him

Where Danzo has committed a heinous crime? Killing uchiha was necessary, helping Hanzo was the right call (Akatsuki were rebels in ame but Hanzo was the official leader of the village), trying to confine Naruto was the right choice (Look what A did to Bee), trying to eliminate Sasuke was the right Call (he is a defector),killing that messenger frog was right at the moment (Naruto was not powerful enough to defeat pain),thinking of Anko's elimination was the right choice(because of her Kabuto has become this powerful), eliminate both Kabuto and Nono (this is a basic rule of secret service, when an agent becomes more of a liability,it is good to dispatch him before he become's a threat).

Can you imagine itachi and shisui's potential if danzo hadnt led them to their demised. I was rooting for Danzo here. As much as I dislike him, I hated Sasuke's cocky evil ass more. And lets not be mislead by emotions, Danzo was on the good side here, he was protecting the Leaf while Sasuke was trying to destroy it
danzo destroyed every possibility of peace for the leaf (stopping shisui). if not for itachi, he would go for a civil war. in the pain's arc, he would go for annihilation of the most of the village people (he didn't want naruto to come, hence, no protection for those who survived, no nagato's reincarnation). i don't know if you really think that suvival of the military root only is "protecting the leaf" but i don't think the villagers who ARE the leaf would agree with you. not to say his covering of orochimaru's inhuman experiments and mendling with other dubious leaders like hanzo. his character is just real-world type of a dirty militaristic politician who thinks he can sacrifice many people for "the greater good" which is usually just another war. who needs such "protection". also, he was kind of a coward with inferiority complex to hiruzen. and the only people who respect him are the orphans he forced to kill their brothers. he's kind of orochimaru in that sense, brainwashing children - no wonder they got along

Itachi is my favorite anime character period because of his story and just how he acts to put a facade on, theres a scene later that shows him crying and sobbing after he kills his clan and meets up with Tobi about it, he just drops down and its the only time we really get shown the weight of what he did has done to him and how strong he becomes later by what he does
If orochimaru was so obsessed with sharingan then why didn’t he keep a couple for himself instead of giving them all to danzo, or why didn’t danzo keep one uchiha alive for orochimaru to take over their body?
