- So, every year there are multiple entries that we're sad that we don't get to see in the Grand Final, entries that never qualified from the semi-finals. In this video I'm ranking my top 5 non qualifier entries every year from 2011 to 2021.

Maybe I am biased because I am Australian, but I really wished that we were able to get to Rottendam this year. A lot of countries half assed their backup videos and I feel like there would have been something pretty cool brought to the stage when given the opportunity. I guess we will never know

2014: Israel/Georgia (I'm very happy with the qualifiers that year, so these are both not in my Top 10)
2015: Ireland
2016: Iceland
2017: Finland
2018: Belgium (love Latvia too though)
2019: Romania
2021: Denmark (I still like Romania's and Ireland's studio versions a lot though)
My biggest 3 crimes:
3. Georgia 2017- my 5th that year

Roxen her vocals were pretty bad (i loved the song tho so i was dissapointed after her performance)

To date I still think that World only missed the finals because nobody ever votes for Albania
For me it's just that staging and dress who kill her chance...
Finally someone likes Benny Cristo! And Greece 2018, they were my first place. I also liked a lot Belgium 2019. But these three songs are connected with one thing, bad staging.

*2018:* Yes! Azerbaijan, Belgium, Croatia and Latvia deserved qualifying! North Macedonia too.
*2019:* Latvia (yes!), Belgium, Portugal, Lithuania (yes!!!) and Austria
*2021:* Based on performance and song together, overall: Croatia, Australia, Czech Republic, Denmark (yes to the 4 of them) and Estonia
For 2021: Romania deserves a special mention alongside Ireland, Latvia and Poland because I love all of those songs but their performances weren't [that] good imo. I must admit there were flaws and at least 2 of them didn't deserve qualifying, but that's life...
