That melody from 2:14 to 2:58 is some of Above & Beyond's most effective writing of all time, imo. Effortless yet beautiful.
That little extra heavy kick at 1:45 brings this song to another level. It’s subtle but in the car driving it sounds so good.

"Counting Down The Days" sounds very similar to "Love Is Not Enough". At times it even sounds like you can hear "Love Is Not Enough" playing in the distant background. Musically and lyrically it seems like this song is reflecting back on "Love Is Not Enough".

Trance is the cllassical music of the future. The siimilarities in repeetirions as in classicaal muaic of the 1700 etc. I love it.
