    I've pumped for 22 years. Used cgm's for 8 years and the sensor 4 is actually the old sensor 3. They made so you can't extend it. Then, that's if you can get 7 days out of it. When it does work, it can do a great job, but the programming needs to be more aggressive. It's ability to keep you from going below range is a priceless feature. Now let's get into the design of it is pathetic. I can't believe that they want you to put it on the back of your arms. That couldn't be more stupid, and I know a lot of people put them there. The design of them is the main reason for all the sensor failures. Now, if the Gov't ever approves the Simplera in America, that should make this system the best on the market. It needs an adjustable target glucose setting. You can have a great time in range, but an A1C that's not the best.

    Get with the program Medtronic stop using old technology... Get the Libre 2 or Libre 3 to talk to the 780g Medtronic Mini Med pump.

      That is stopping me from getting the 780g, I love my easy to use libre3
