Dal khichdi recipe| Quick easy khichdi video

Dal khichdi - a simple yet super comforting meal a recipe for which everyone needs to know!
Ingredients I used:
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1/2 cup toor dal
- 1/4 cup moong dal
- 1/4 cup masoor dal
- 1 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp ghee
- 3/4 tsp mustard seeds
- 3/4 tsp cumin seeds
- pinch of hing
- few curry leaves
- 2 green chillies, slit
- 1/2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1 and 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- water as needed
- coriander leaves, finely chopped
