i would definitelytry the kebabs xD because never go wrong with one, than the cendol and steamed rice cake but past that I'm not sure probably the noodle dish at the end but anything else I have no idea because did not get a look at anything else and I don't know what anything else smells or taste like xD@@FoodFunDiary

Here in the States, we almost never cook or serve prawns or shrimp with their heads on. We cook crawfish whole, but not prawns. I've never understood that. As shrimp & prawn heads contain flavorful juices, so that can enhance the taste of any sauces or broths. It’s like some folks cook with butter, some with seed oil, others with olive oil😁

No, I haven't. The heads are usually gone even before they show up at the market here. Crawfish and lobster are always cooked and served whole, though. I'll try cooking whole prawns sometime if I get the chance.
