Fiat Ducato 2016 dpf problems

customer towed in his fiat Ducato van as u was not drivable. it moved just about in fist gear. he said he has spent £3500 to build up the engie in another garage. He had a blocked dpf and leak egr valve. we have fixed this van as you can see the customer said tht it was driving like a formula one
