I saw osamu about 25 years ago at a place called hop sings in marina del rey and he was awesome and so talented...he plays like 5 different instruments,...he is king on the biwa and the koto... his choice of songs are so intricate and sophisticated....he is just great!!!

The title of this song, can you speak of the Golden Mean of philosophical aspect? That is to say, I am referring to the Golden Mean, as a way of life, that expose the Greek philosopher Aristotle, in his book 'De Anima' (Of the soul).
As far as I know, Greek philosophy came to Asia, there were even good Japanese thinkers, who thought and developed ideas from Aristotle even from Platon, but I do not know if he talks about that Golden Mean or any other.

Looking for information I found "The Middle Way" (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Middle_Way) a Buddhist way of life, maybe refer to this title, although it says "Golden Mean" personally I think it talks about The Golden Mean that exposes Aristotle, according to what is.

Une vérité n'a pas besoin d'être emprunter. Aristote a pu énoncer les mêmes principes que Lao Zi et Buddha sans qu'aucun ne s'influence pour la raison suivante : une vérité n'appartient pas à celui qui l'énonce et elle existe indépendamment de ceux qui la comprennent.
Pour ce qui est du "Golden Mean", ce n'est pas plus une idée bouddhiste que l'expression sous une forme bouddhique d'un principe taoïste : la Voie du Milieu. Il s'agit de la Voie (Tao) ou tout est conforme à la Vertu (Te) et où Yīn et Yáng s'annulent pour rejoindre leur Principe commun. Il est dit que c'est ici que s'y manifeste l'Activité du Ciel, et cela correspond au concept aristotélicien du moteur immobile (point où l'activité est maximum bien que le mouvement y soit nul - entelexeia).
