I just bought a new D1Pro 20w. Nothing works. I cant even get it to download the firmware to machine. This modle has a lable on switch that says upload, my switch is in the upload side. Support just keeps sending me the same links and they dont work. How is it possible they dont have a number to call or a person to speak to. they keep asking for video of what im doing. I downloaded driver they reccommended and still wont work. You should be able to take out SD card and update it on computer. so frustrating. Thank God I saw your video I thought i was alone.
This is my first time setting up the laser to my computer. When I click "check for firmware" it automatically says my laser is not connected when vit clearly is. What am i missing?
I installed creative space as suggested in the official Facebook page as a workaround but when I did it said it needed a firmware update so I said what the heck AND IT WORKED!!!!! My laserbox is working great now Creative Space won’t let me Frame or import dxf files but man a test engrave was SUPER FAST VS LASERBOX

I did send support this video to show them its an issue on their end. I hope they fix this ASAP or I will have to return my laser. I spent $1,700 and cant use it.
I’m having the same problem! When I open up lightbulb and hit the connect button it doesn’t show my device (laser) … it’s been so stressful after I spent so much money on it 😭
Switch is allowing it to be read when in the left postion. The right position doesn't let it read the controller. I have no luck whats so ever with LightBurn, it crashes the head of my laser every time...on it's own...I've set speed to 10mn...and it still wants to crash. It use to work with Windows 7.. but, Windows 10 with all the updates, LightBurn will not respond correctly. With XCS, the laser works perfect. I do not think LightBurn has worked out real issues with XTOOL. I saw his interview, and he said he was not prepared for all the lasers he had to update his software too. He started out with Ruida. At any rate, I have the complete set up...honeycomb, camera, air assist, RA2 Pro roller.....The camera is a paper weight until Xtool can provide an upgrade to XCS for D series machines. I've sent messages about it...no reply. A lot us folks have invested a lot, and now there is a lot of us that are not happy.

Mine didn't do anything, just closed the window.. and the XCS wont recognize the D1 via USB. 😑
