Sorry to hear! When I wrote them a mail 2 years ago, I got my overlay via mail within the next three weeks. However, they didn't answer my mail either. I hope you'll receive it. In corona times shipping always takes longer.

Das Einstellen des Sidechaincompressors, der Effekte, das Auspegeln der Lautstärken der einzelnen Drumsounds etc. dauern halt nen bisschen länger... dafür lohnt es sich dann auch und die Drums klingen vernünftig und nicht so 0815-mäßig
