Walton Goggins steals every scene- the Cooper Howard - Ghoul characters make Fallout, Fallout.
The problem is that he can regenerate from most of the shots , he doesn't even fear being shot
I was searching for info after seeing some scene he got shot or two. How does he regenerate?

That primitive tribal was the Chosen One
3 times if you count the NCR kicking them out of Navarro.
bases got destroyed. the Enclave was more than one facility. They are in Fallout 76 as well as Fallout 4 and mention was made of a major base in Chicago.
@@toomanyaccounts And given how the Enclave base was covered in snow, I'm guessing the one we saw the Scientist flee from could be stationed in either Washington or Colorado.

Gonna have to do some serious writing if they're thinking about giving the Ghoul a redemption ark in season two.
I'm not saying I expect that to be the case. I just don't think I could ever forgive him after this scene. Dude has the child-killer perk!!
I’m not wholly disagreeing with you but let’s be real: most people and fans don’t think he needs a redemption arc and works best without one. His redemption will be not dragging Lucy around in ropes, denying her water, forcing her to cut up ghoul meat for food, and eventually selling her for parts.
That would defeat the purpose of his character lol, he was already a good guy, turned bad. He didn’t even want to kill someone on a movie.

I’m still pretty pissed he goaded that kid out to try and shoot him, especially with the gun that far out of his reach. Even the local area is big enough they’d never run into each other ever again.
The kid was dumb. He already has the drop on you and your father, he's got you beat right now, the best way to get your revenge is to play nice and not respond to anything he tries to goad you into.
He was going to kill him either way.
He knew it would happen whether he provoked the kid or not. I think he thought it was better to finish the job quickly.
I don’t think the ghoul would have done something like this had he not come to some sort of near death experience with something similar in the past. Remember he’s been “walking” the wasteland for 200 years and has experienced a lot of situations. Maybe many years before this he spared a kid and that kid grew up and hunted him to far corners and almost took his life? Who knows
He could tell the kid was going to try to kill him, he just wanted to get it out of the way and preferably in a way that would make the father refrain from revenge
