I am also finding some new lights for my 2005 Honda Accord sedan that still drives as good as new and it costs so low on maintenance. These lights look great on the silver paint just like mine as well. Do you know there is a new kinds of projectors with CCFL Halo rings? They rings seem to be much brighter than the standard LED halo rings. I need to find one that also allow people/cars on the sides to see the turn signals.
I have this headlights sitting in my garage but mines were almost 300 I’m putting them on Wednesday and I already have some great LED on my stock headlight assembly
Yeah man i have the same ones and i tought the ring would look like the bmws but it dont i went to 12v to 50 to make them look brighter but the fuses dont resist but they still make achange in my ride man
Not yet, but water is definitely getting in there. I tried to put some all weather insulation in the gap but it was too big. Eventually I'm going to get fog lights and I think the water my cause a problem.
Honestly if u watched that video with Ryan he was not lying those things r CHEAP! I did find the 2 screws on each one to adjust them. I got them to move up and down, side to side now the focus part just can't get. Either way give it about 2-3 months the little led lights will blow. I have 2 on one side and 3 on the other something like that I don't even pay attention anymore. But u can adjust side to side and up and down.
I had these for 3 years and I can never fix the low beams. It's too dim with halogen and even Hid. Someone told me the projector is horrible on it, anyone have a fix on this?
I bought these, and installed them, but the halo's and LED's only come on when the low beam headlight is on. Any ideas? which light did you wire them into? thanks! Enjoyed your video!
Yeah I got my spec d lights yesterday. Both highs and lows are h1 halogen bulbs. The kind that are held in with a tricky metal clip instead of that nice put in and twist action bulb
Hello nice video by the way. I have a quick question. I know there are 2 positive and 2 negative wires. My question is do they actually have to be wired to the car or could I just connect the already wired connectors and not worry about those 4 wires. If so what is the difference between wiring and not wiring those unwired wires. Thanks.
5 years later I know, but those 4 wires are for the accent lights (Halo Ring and Strip lights). You're supposed to splice the postive and negative wire to the main lamp wires so they turn on. For example, you'd take the two wires of the halo ring and splice the positive (white) to the red wire of the low beam. Then splice the negative wire (black) to the blue wire of the low beam. Repeat with the strip lights
I've been thinking about getting these but I'm seeing a lot of people complaining that they go out really fast and I don't wanna constantly change them. I'm leaning towards some spyder headlights instead. Is spyder a good company?
I have those same ones on my accord and I just replaced both bulbs as well. They r cheap but, they look nice. The only problem I am having is adjusting them. I know where to locate the screws but no matter what I do they just don't seem right. Is there a video? Maybe I am doing something wrong.
they definitely look nice. I bought some other lights with LED strip online as well. ebay. within a month one of the LED strips stopped working. Contacted the manufacturer, they sent me another pair. this time i bought the 1 yr warranty. So what happens, right outside of 1yr, the 2nd pair go bad. smdh. Can anyone recommend a pair of lights like these from a NON CHINESE manufacturer that are "quality?" I prefer the black background the lights have as well, as opposed to the silver background similar to the stock lights. thanks guys.
Nah I took these out. They were giving me too many problems. LED failures, halos dimming and low beam lights not staying put or just failing. I would not recommend these to be honest. I'd go with another brand.
@@Junisthelast I went back to stock for remainder of my time. I sold the Honda for a Mustang recently. But I wouls get the Spyder lights because they use a CCFL filament thats brighter and will last longer. More expensive but I think you'll like those over the long run more than these.
Yeah, I was going to the Spyder CCFL ones, they got better reviews and they have brighter & more reliable halos. www.carid.com/2006-honda-accord-headlights/spyder-halo-projector-headlights-284599589.html
Yes five year late reply you prolly have a different car now, the one I got for my corolla have h1 halogen bulbs, which I believe h1 id the be the cheapest kind of halogen bulbs because they're held in with a dumb metal clip. Since they're cheaper, they might all be like that. If you find an h1 led, it should fit. Just make sure they're the same length as the halogen
if you get a chance could you send me a pic of the wiring? I wired mine up but the halos only light up when I turn on my low beams lol must've done something wrong
Have the same on my 2004 accord, yes they look great, but they don't fit right, light output is so poor even with HID on, the bulbs are a pain to change, adjusting them...good luck with that. You can't even see the sides of the road well, or if you do, then you can't see right in front of your car. Just ordered some stock, and will keep those forever instead. Keep away from these cheap headlights, unless you only drive during the day
When I installed them I noticed the stock bulbs sucked so I replaced them with HIDs and it looks 10x better but yeah the halos are not that bright that was the downside
Good looking lights. I'm putting some in my accord coupe at the end of the month.
thanks for the review.
This lights are great if you have great bulbs 🤙🏻. If there cheap expect to have issues I've had them for couple months no problems at all
how do you replace the led lights since their life ranges from 6-8 months the most?

Useful review
I have this headlights sitting in my garage but mines were almost 300 I’m putting them on Wednesday and I already have some great LED on my stock headlight assembly
I installed them myself and thought it was something I did. Ok, thank u.
Yeah man i have the same ones and i tought the ring would look like the bmws but it dont i went to 12v to 50 to make them look brighter but the fuses dont resist but they still make achange in my ride man
Dude... you got robbed... you dont have to take off the bumper to replace the low beam bulbs...
cris2man lol he uploads on CZcams but doesn't use it to do it himself .. he definitely got robbed
he got it done for free dipshit how is that robbed?
I m from indonesia .im one
I buy my custom light but the one that you install look good
Lookin deadass at the blinker.. "anyone on the side of you will know your turning"
Mickey Luter Nope! Lol
great review thanks for the video! have you had any problems with water getting in the lights through that small gap?
Not yet, but water is definitely getting in there. I tried to put some all weather insulation in the gap but it was too big. Eventually I'm going to get fog lights and I think the water my cause a problem.

bruh my accord got the same gap and scratches on it same side and all i thought this was my car for a sec. W vid tho even tho its 2022
I had these for 3 years and I can never fix the low beams. It's too dim with halogen and even Hid. Someone told me the projector is horrible on it, anyone have a fix on this?
My low beams went out too within less then 6 months. Can't install LED's, because harness doesn't fit
I bought these, and installed them, but the halo's and LED's only come on when the low beam headlight is on. Any ideas? which light did you wire them into? thanks! Enjoyed your video!
I had these professionally installed. He wired it so that my halos come on when my parking lights come on.
I’d update the low beam bulbs. It looks weird to have led lights right with a yellow halogen low beam
Yeah I got my spec d lights yesterday. Both highs and lows are h1 halogen bulbs. The kind that are held in with a tricky metal clip instead of that nice put in and twist action bulb
thanks for the review man! which color are these? white, black, or the smoke version? thanks!
thegr8rambino Thanks for watching! And these are the black ones.
no problem man, thanks! should i get these or the spyder ccfl? thanks :))
thegr8rambino definitely the Spyders, I wasn't happy with the quality from Spec-D. Plus those CCFL look way better at night.
can u do a video on how to put them in pleaseeee
No he cant, clearly he stated that he had a shop install them for him.
Do they have DRL?

anything is better than these! I had to many problems with these.
Spyder is basically the best company around that makes headlights
I have those same ones on my accord and I just replaced both bulbs as well. They r cheap but, they look nice. The only problem I am having is adjusting them. I know where to locate the screws but no matter what I do they just don't seem right. Is there a video? Maybe I am doing something wrong.
No your not! They are just extremely cheap lol I can't adjust mine either.
Same here jaa i cant adjust them
What websiite tu got thr bulb
Both low beams went out?
Do you mean the bulb blown or the lens burnt off or what exactly
Blown bulb. It was an issue that kept coming up with these headlights.
I have tried multiple halogen, HID and led bulbs in this housing. Light output is horrible. You cannot drive at night with them.
how much did you pay?
they definitely look nice. I bought some other lights with LED strip online as well. ebay. within a month one of the LED strips stopped working. If you have projector headlights use 5k hid bulb for reflective headlights use led from autozone
was really considering getting this but after watching interview I think not
Zilla Mane yeah, just get another brand.
Ryan Smith what other brands are there? all I see is spec d
Zilla Mane there are Spyder (which will be the next ones I buy), Anzo, and CG.
Yeah man I bought mine in June and in October the low beams went out they look cool but not worth the price for something that will break
Justin Chavez it's a shame....
Please call customer service! We would be more than happy to help you out. 909-839-2533
my honda is lowered and when the threw a flood water went in these lights._.
kush gottheju1ce2k
You should raise your car back up. 😬
Hey I might be 5 years late but how are the headlights now or did you switch them out for something better because I’m looking for better headlights
Nah I took these out. They were giving me too many problems. LED failures, halos dimming and low beam lights not staying put or just failing. I would not recommend these to be honest. I'd go with another brand.
Ryan Smith cause on amazon and eBay they sell a bunch of these but they all look kinda sketch which headlights do you use?

Ryan Smith how much was it to get installed
@@Junisthelast Oh I got these installed by a customs shop 😅 I didn't want to mess anything up.
So you don't use these anymore? Any recommendations on some good looking lights for this model car?
Yeah, I was going to the Spyder CCFL ones, they got better reviews and they have brighter & more reliable halos. www.carid.com/2006-honda-accord-headlights/spyder-halo-projector-headlights-284599589.html

Thank you!
@@RizeeyRee32 Did u ever buy these other Halo headlights and if so did you like em more? Were they a better headlight?
@@TheRealHighZone sadly no lol I went back to the stock ones and sold the car recently.
@@RizeeyRee32 Ah okay. I have an 06 and jus bought these spec-d headlights last week but havent put em in yet
where can I find the replacement LED bulbs for the headlights?
oral Smith I couldn't find them and Spec-D gave me the run around on the phone. I could only replace the low beams.
I tried different LED but they didn't work.

olmedb I took them off like a year ago. sorry.
Darn thanks for at least replying :D
i need the head light were can i found it please if u have any idea please let me know
I got them from CarID.com
Need a light kit to prevent the light from going out. “Light kit.”
Dude these things came with the cheapest form of halogen bulbs. I was under the impression they wouldn't be that
These lights suck. I have the same ones and i've had to replace both headlights twice since I got them. I've only had them for 2 months
where did u buy them?
CARID.com
have they ever just stop working nd not even changing the bulbs worked??
Alberto Hernandez I haven't had that happen but i wouldn't be surprised lol
and i even try putting the light i had befor my HD nd they still didnt work
Thinking about getting these, worth it or nah?
Hexxor Row My opinion, No. they look great but they are just not built to last. I had way to many problems with them.
Ryan Smith Other than what you said in the video, any other issues?
How do you get the bulbs change?
I called Spec-D and they referred me to a video. You have to remove the cap from the back of the headlight. Just twist the cap and it comes right out
Where can i find these bulbs? I'm so lost.
Kimberly Balderas they are called H1 Bulbs. Sylvania makes a good bulb! They are $10 each. I got them from Advanced Auto Parts.
Bro are you serious.. they don’t last long? And the side sucks :/ I was planning on buying these. :( ugh good review .
Thanks and yeah man, I would spend a little extra money for a better set. These aren't worth the money.

where did you buy the hids at
Wheree from
CarID.com
how much were these btw?
$120 on Amazon I thought they were fake lol I got lucky
Pretty cheap considering a good pair of bulbs are the same price. Just the bulbs
You never use the bulbs that come with eBay stuff spend some money on better bulbs.
Man those headlights make your car look riced up lol
Jacob Ruiz not race inspired soooo.. it’s not
