Raw milk dairy!!!

CREAM. Raw cream - the most amazing I’ve ever had. Sophie and Tim re only milking about 8 cows from their Jersey herd at the mo and it’s RAW. Meaning all the incredibly beneficial bacteria are carrying on their good work when they get into our bods. Us humans have been drinking raw milk, turning it into butter, yoghurt and cheese since we domesticated cows, goats and sheep about 12000 years ago so we’re way more adapted to raw dairy than the pasteurised stuff.
