    I want to create a form with weekly options and have any of those chosen options sorted to a specific tab in a Google sheet. For example, a customer chooses weeks A, C, and D. I want their information to be on tab A, C, and D respectively. Is that possible?

    • @Jotform
      @Jotform  Před rokem

      Hello Steven,
      You can easily separate submissions in your form Tables by using the Filter option and creating a separate tab for them. To learn how to use the filter in your form Tables, please refer to this guide: www.jotform.com/help/1009-how-to-use-different-filters-to-easily-manage-your-data-in-jotform-tables/.
      If you'd like to achieve this with Google Sheets, it may be possible with data reference. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to this guide from Google: support.google.com/docs/answer/75943?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop.

    Suppose I have a checklist with many options, I need to pass a value which is different for each options selected. Finally want to add all these values and display it on a field. How can i do that?

    • @Jotform
      @Jotform  Před 2 lety

      Hello indranil,
      That's possible when you pass each the Multiple Choice field (checklist) into each Form Calculation widget and then combine the value from the form calculation widgets into another form calculation widget. Here's how to use the Form Calculation widget: www.jotform.com/help/259-how-to-perform-form-calculation-using-a-widget/. Here's a demo form: form.jotform.com/221121424253036. We suggest you clone this form so you can inspect each form calculation configuration. Here's how to clone a form from URL: www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL.

    This is almost what I'm looking for.
    What I miss is the ability to register multiple participants without having to fill in the same information multiple times.
    A customer must be able to register several participants for a course, without having to fill in the company information each time.
    Only the information for the new participant.
    Can Jotform do that? And how do I do it in Jotform?

    • @Jotform
      @Jotform  Před 2 lety

      Hi Jonas, if you want to prefill some of the field questions in your form before sharing the form URL to your customers, that's possible using Manual Prefill. Check this out: www.jotform.com/help/1805-what-is-jotform-prefill-and-how-does-it-work/. If you're also looking for a dynamic fields where customers can add as many set of fields as they want by clicking a button, you can use Configurable List Widget. You can predefine the set of fields in the widget settings. Guide: www.jotform.com/help/282-how-to-set-up-the-configurable-list-widget/. Contact us at www.jotform.com/contact/ if you have more questions. Thanks!

    • @Dinbrandman-Jonas
      @Dinbrandman-Jonas Před 2 lety +1

      @@Jotform Thank you for the tips. That's almost what I'm looking for.
      The problem for me with config list is that all the information ends up in a cell. I want to separate all the information in different cells. If I add several participants to a course, with the same invoice information, I want one line per participant. Now all information from a registration ends up in a row, all information about the participants in a cell in the excel file. Unfortunately, this will not be manageable for what we intend to use this form for.
      What I am looking for is this, but that the widget creates new lines for each participant, but the common information from the registration in general.
      One more thing. It would be good if it were possible to place the information fields below each other and not just in a long line. Would like to avoid the need for scrolling sideways.

    What if your a team leader and you need to register multiple people from your team. Would you need to submit each individual, or is there a way to create the form to accept multiple entries and then submit

    • @Jotform
      @Jotform  Před 3 měsíci

      Hi @virgilpillay,
      It depends on how you prefer the data to be organized within your Tables. If you prefer each member to have their own separate submission, then you'll need to submit each individual separately. However, if you prefer to consolidate all member records into a single submission, you can add a Configurable List widget in your form. This widget enables you to define and display a set of fields or questions on your form. Respondents can then add and answer as many of those field sets on your form as you allow. For detailed instructions on how to add and configure the Configurable List widget in your form, please refer to this guide: www.jotform.com/help/282-how-to-set-up-the-configurable-list-widget/.
      Give it a try and let us know from the Contact Us page at www.jotform.com/contact/ if you have more questions. We'll be happy to help.

    Can I set Terms and Conditions in my online form with a condition that an applicant will only be able to submit his/her registration if he/she accepts the terms and conditions..?

    • @Jotform
      @Jotform  Před 2 lety

      Hello Eugene,
      That's possible with Jotform. To do that, simply add a Multiple Choice field in your form for your terms and conditions checkbox or you can use our Terms and Conditions Widget www.jotform.com/widgets/terms-and-condition. After that, create a conditional logic that shows the submit button when the terms checkbox field is filled. Here's how to show or hide a field based on another field's answer: www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer. Here's an example form: form.jotform.com/221168840496058.

    Of someone selects a date and then you deny it, how do you get the availability back for that time slot? It stays greyed out even though I denied them.

    • @Jotform
      @Jotform  Před 11 měsíci

      Hi @ogsumo5484,
      You can move their submission to Trash by deleting them in your Tables. This will free up the selected time slot in the Appointment field. The deleted submission stays in the trash for 30 days, or you can manually purge them. Check out this link for the guide on how to delete submissions: www.jotform.com/help/377-how-to-delete-form-submission-data/.

    • @Jotform
      @Jotform  Před rokem

      Hello Trevor,
      There are 2 possible ways to achieve that. 1) Embed the form on a protected page on your website in which only registered customers on your website can view the page. Guide: www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page. 2) If you wish them to register via Jotform, change your form's access settings to private then share them with your customers so only those logged in to Jotform can view the form. Here's how to change your form's access settings to private www.jotform.com/help/1205-how-to-change-the-access-settings-of-a-form.
