I have a question, I wanted to set a field to capture a grade point average and have it round to x.xx, I don't see where to accomplish this. Any ideas? Great video by the way.

How do I share internal conditions applied on a certain information? For example, character limit for middle name is 3. How shall the development team be able to check those conditions on each box if I will share read only link with them?

The form conditions aren't meant to be shared the reason why there's no share button in the conditions wizard. We suggest that you add your team as form collaborators if you want them to edit your form in the form builder so they can view the form conditions and field properties. Otherwise, if you wish to share the conditions without giving them edit access, you can take a screenshot of it and share it with your team.

Question, I caught that I can embed the link in/on a website but what about an Instagram account? I don't have a website. That presentation really skimmed over the "elements" and I missed if we can put the link in a You Tube channel. Anyway, I have a very general idea of how it works. One thing, I have no idea what the Card Form is for...why use that instead of the other one?
And by the way, saying "go ahead and" constantly is as bad as saying "Ummm" used to be and still is.

I want to be able to put text boxes next to one another list style. I am not seeing the option to do so when creating the form from scratch.

@@Jotform Can anyone give me solution for my query ? I have created 4 pages form using page breakers in jotform website. Usually whenever a customer fills 4 pages form & submit, i will get notification mail with filed data. Thats ok. What I want is, I need mail notification with data whenever customer filled only particular page & clicks on continue. If customer fills first page & clicks on continue, immediately i should get email notification with data. Like this for every page I want email notification seperately. Totally I need 4 immediate email notifications for 4 pages form whenever customer filled that particular page. I tried all settings. But no use. Can anyone help me on how to do settings in jotform to get immediate email notification for each page paritcularly whwenever it is filled & clicks on continue to next page ? To fill out your form, you may preview it in Form Builder. To accomplish that, click Preview found at the top right corner of the Form Builder. Hey I would like to know, let's say there is a customer data submissions with name address city etc.. after they fill up the form, but a company asks I need only the data of a particular city where there would be an option box for them to select, then it will give only the details of that particular city than giving the records of customers in other city, without giving them access to the back end.

Thanks for using Jotform. If you want to create a dropdown with nested options or limit the choices based on the first selection, you can use the Dynamic Dropdowns widget. Alternatively, you can use regular dropdown fields and use Show/Hide Conditions to show fields based on the answer from the other fields. If you're referring to the Jotform Apps, let us clarify that Jotform Apps is using Progressive Web App (PWA), a web app that can work both as a web page and mobile app on any device. The app will work directly on your browser or you can install it on your device by following the installation prompt that appears on your first visit to the app. It is not possible to export your app as a package file. However, there are 3rd party platforms you can find on Google that will help you package your web app into formats that can be published on app stores.

I created the jotform. I used the zapier widget to integrate and test it with my FB page. The test worked where I saw it in my FB page messages. I want to create a FB ad and have people click on it and get to this jotform within my FB page. Is that possible? If not, what are my options? Thanks.

Every form you create has its unique form link. Here's how to get the form link of your form: www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL. If your FB ad allows you to place a link in it then enter your form link, so when your users click on the ad, they will be redirected to your form.

We are looking to use jotform for permission slips as we can collect signatures. We could use the silver level but want to have 4 different emails that they get delivered to. What would that cost be for a nonprofit?

You can send forms to multiple recipients if you're on a Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan. You can refer to this guide for detailed instructions: www.jotform.com/help/39-send-notifications-to-multiple-recipients/. The recipients of email notifications will not be required to sign up an account; they can access the submission data directly in the email sent to them, provided that you, the form creator, has kept the fields in the email notification.

The Paragraph element allows you to add audio to your form. Here's an example form: form.jotform.com/240372662098056. The audio was embedded using the HTML audio tag. Alternatively, we also have widgets for 3rd party apps like SoundCloud where you can host your audio then grab the SoundCloud URL and paste it in the SoundCloud widget settings. I want a form where people can leave their feedback on different topics, which one is best for that?

Hello Tâm, the free account has a monthly restriction of 100 submissions. Your form will be temporarily disabled if you reach this limit, but no data will be lost. You can manage your form data by logging into your Jotform account at any time. To reinstate your forms immediately, you may upgrade to any of the paid plans via pricing page www.jotform.com/pricing/. If you don't want to upgrade, you can wait until the submissions usage reset to zero, which happens on the first of every month. For example, next reset would be on July 01, 2022.

Really disappointed in the support for this product. I asked two questions over THREE MONTHS AGO and the only response I've gotten is that they will get back to me when they have an answer. Considering the cost of Jotform's HIPAA-compliant plans, three months is an inexcusable length of time for a support ticket to remain open. I tried posting the question to the Jotform public support forum in the hopes that another Jotform user would know the answers, but Jotform support changed the question setting to private. Perhaps someone on CZcams will know. Here are my questions:
1. If I sell themes on the theme store, it is my understanding that I would be paid via my business PayPal account. Would the 1099 come from Jotform or PayPal?
2. Does Jotform handle the collection of sales tax for the themes I sell in the Jotform theme store?

We're sorry to hear about your disappointment and we know that it’s taking some time to get an answer to your query and that is very stressful. Just a quick update, as we are not engaged in all payment transactions for themes, the seller (theme owner) will be responsible for managing the tax independently. To be clear, all payment processes for the themes are handled by PayPal through their API for secure payment transactions, therefore it's likely that the sales tax reporting will be generated from your PayPal account.

Hi. I love your App. Was using it and unfortunately suddenly my account was suspended on a claim of phishing. Ofcourse this is some mistake but I've been locked out. @@Jotform no worries. The support team got back to me and resolved the issue! Brilliant customer support service. For clarification, the issue arose because I tried to create a log in page with a user name and password box and this was taken down down due to suspected phishing. Is there a way to have a secured log in function in your app. Like in the way you have forms but more like a secured client account? I noticed we can embbed QR codes so I'm assuming there's a way to secure the log in features for users? Would really appreciate your feedback and thanks again.

Creating a login form or collecting sensitive information such as username and password is against our Terms of Use so we do not recommend creating any form that asks this information. As a workaround, you can share your forms in Private so your users can only view the form when they log in to their own Jotform account. This also means that they will need to signup for a Jotform account.
