I would suggest getting the builder or your warranty people to send you the color codes of the paint so if you need to touch up any paint you have the color and finish.
Danielle Ancira yeah the builder gave me some extra ! I’ve been repainting a lot of walls with new colors of my choice but definitely good to have that touch up paint for the ones I decided to keep as-is!

I’m 23 and not even close to buying my own home. This girl is doing amazing, props to her, but don’t let anyone make you feel pressurised to purchase a home before you are 100% ready and willing. I’m currently happily living with my parents and working whilst saving cash like crazy. I’m planning to purchase my own home by 26-27 years old and I intend to put 20% down. In my head, I want everything to be perfect, particular and specific, so I’m not willing to rush it. | Congratulations Lexi! Xx

I had went out and views a townhouse the other day and it was nice....Apparently a guy had bought it and then purchased him a home I believe in California somewhere so he decided to rent out his townhouse...He had left his porch chairs, grill, patio chairs the whole 9...The only problem was he comes back for 6 months out of the year (I believe it’s his wife vacation home when she comes from Australia) so it’s actually a sublet and I was so much in a hurry to get it until I thought about it and said oh well guess I’ll find me a house for that hassle....Anywho enjoy your new place and live comfortably 💋

I like how they did the your specs in your home. We just bought our second home and although I LOVE this home more than the first. There are things like lighting and storage I feel lack. They thought yours out very well. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

This video really inspired me and my boyfriend, we are moving out within the next 6 months and have made the decision to buy a townhouse instead of renting an apartment at the age of 22 as well! It is a smart decision and wont get you stuck into renting your whole life bc you dont have enough funds to save! I think this needs to be spoken about more to young adults so they dont think you have to go straight to an apartment when you first move out ! Financially will save you so much money instead of putting your money into something that will never be yours !

I feel like when you live in these cities you have little excuse. At her age, her drive and focus is beautiful but people in these states could do the same if they had discipline. This house is easily $700,000-$1,000,000 in Toronto, NY etc.
