@@HallowedError Definitely should have responded to that by assisting. Even if the other team member gets it there's high probability that they won't use all the power it produces so you'll get spill back. Energy buildings are something players should generally be permissive about sharing in the team and it should be getting the maximum up for the team regardless of who possesses it due to the tendency to overflow and waste energy.
In that case, the other team member was extending their energy and metal generation and adding build power to the pot that would significantly split the cost between Drongo and that team member. Frankly, air players rushing to help build geo and mex for the team on that map would probably be really powerful with a little coordination and communication between the team members.

Thats not your geo unless you communicated that with the team before hand. It could easily go to the other frontline or one of the backlines.
Also the guy even said he'd pass it to him...

I'd like to see more geos and reclaim on 1v1 maps. It really increases the decision making in the early game
I love geos, think there should be more on maps. I do think that forge snowballs eco a little too fast, I think one geo for a starting player, and then another at a contested zone is a better compromise

I think you need to pay a little more attention to the chat. You "wow"ed your teammate but didn't response when he said he will pass the geo to you once complete.
Your teammate is like "Did you mute me simply I want to give you a head start on that geo? :("

What are you talking about? What makes you believe he thought "ohh he muted me because he did not gave me an instant response", Drongo said thank you after getting the Geo although he was a little bit baffled by the whole thing. One thing is having communication problems and another one is making up a whole conversation in your head and being upset about it.

@@Etruscots drongo didn't see that the ally said anything. Ally said immediately "Help con and I'll give you" and then "I'll give you when done" and home boy didn't help and repeatedly complained about the guy taking it and not having the build power to actually do it, and then was surprised he gave it to him. Then icing on the cake complained about the poor communication haha.
So reasonable to make a joke that the teammate thought he muted him because he essentially did!

I was wondering how to get the geo fast on this map, and I almost always stall energy while building first geo, or I am pretty late. The trick with assisting wind seems nice, will try it out thx. Though in higher OS game you often get pushed so hard you wont have time to save up 15+ tanks in my experience, will have to try and see.
Do you have HDR on in windows or random frame rate that bar doesnt support? It's the only thing I could think of in passing!
Also, I love your videos but I get the feeling that a tiny bit of video editing would take them to the next level without it taking huuge amounts of time.

13:20 set the game to configurable windowed in lobby and windowed in-game, then install Borderless Gaming. This is the only way I found to make BAR be fullscreen without crapping itself when you alt tab for example.

@@maajaaxaa need to enable advanced options in top right of settings window, default is basic. Then there is a Playerlist section in the interface tab, or use search for 'OpenSkill'.

Drongo my man you gotta communicate better, both your bit and checking in and paying attentiin to your teammates, especially with greedy builds like this where your team can be such a huge asset.

You can't just write in the team chat to complain and then don't read it when people respond to you politely and offer help. That's just rude.
I feel as though everyone except Drongo doesn't focus on geos enough. They are so overpowered.
They are the most efficient power source I believe!
Why doesn’t Drongo play in the high ts lobby?
Going by Drongo's comment about halfway through, he can't really play with the bulk of high skill players due to timezones.
@@Draeckon this is fake news. The pro lobby goes on for almost 24 hours per day everyday except for maybe Monday.

But your right about not communicating he doesn't read shit half the time this game is a prime example., hes done it in a few games got annoyed that someone built in a area he had plans for. like his plans take priority over everyone elses. Its very annoying sometimes.

Drives me insane when you look way at the critical aspects of the game -- even though they tapped out quick, you should have been 100% microing the rush. Few extra building kills can make all the difference vs minor economy optimizations at home.
