As a brown Kenyan I can confirm that Cambodian Airport immigration is the absolute most racist immigration I have experienced in my life. My country is not even on that so called black list and they treated me like dirt every time in the airport. I did not have the same experience in Thailand or Vietnam, Malaysia was the best. I get faster entry into Asian countries like Malaysia (5 minutes last time) than in my own country Kenya. In Kenya where I was born, where my passport is printed my own people would detain me and question me.

I have a Ugandan friend who used to work there, says as an African, they'll let you pay for for every process, but they'll never allow you to get in. She says it has experienced that happening with so many Africans at the airport. And mind you, no refunds

Well, It is important that Africans note one thing and that is, it is not the responsibility of any country to accept you(an African) into their country.No country owe you(an African) that duty or responsibility.If any country gives you visa to entre their country or allows into their country, it is a previlige.Africans must accept this reality. If Africans accept this reality, then, they can now think of how to make African countries attractive and leadership is key to that. If Africans get leadership right, you don't need to choose Cambodia for your holiday, when you can go to Botswana or Togo or Equitorial Guinea etc. So, let us not complain, instead let us get our acts right and shift the direction of our journeys. I am very sure that Rwanda will not treat you that way.

Ghanaians and Nigerians do many illegal things in Cambodia. They did same thing in Hong Kong and the Chinese removed the visa free for Ghanaians.
All these are as a result of our incompetent leaders here, if any country would do this it shouldn't be a country like Cambodia
