would a seller be offender with: full-ask, 1k DD, 90k EarnD, 50% down-payment, fully underwritten buyers? ... would doing only 1k DD really offend a Seller with that offer??

A 1k DD would say to the buyer that you are not very committed. All things being equal most buyers would go for someone offering a higher DD fee.
