Rebekah, like others have pointed out, you are so so kind. I feel like most people would have either ignored her calls or the very least told her off for wasting their time.
I wonder if she sold her kid's clothes without telling them...what a weird and awkward situation. If you go back I would strongly suggest taking Jeremy again and make sure you film it, you know, just in case.
I dont understand she obviously knew what you took the first time because you settled on a price. I know i would have given the things back as well. However i know me. I would have been upset and definitely would have told her she had nerve asking me to go back a second time. I wouldn't have but glad you did. You found some good items. Nothing like the first time but still very nice..

Wow, how crazy for them to want everytbing back. You didnt HAVE to. You technically owned everything once you paid for it but i get that its was a moral decision. Just sucks, that was insane. You would have made alot of money. I feel like she really wasted your time.

That’s crazy, if I was you I wouldn’t come back to get anything from her that was supposed be a final sale she should check with her daughter before doing any deals with people but that’s my opinion.

My first thought was that the lady mentioned to either her daughter or friends that she sold her high-end belongings. Then they said she was crazy for selling at such a cheap price, so she panicked and asked for everything back.

That was crazy, but FUN and you both (you and the lady) learned a few things in the process. Still a win-win! The free things at the end were even more fun! In one of the Poshmark FB groups, there was a gal that advertised (in her local FB B/S groups) that she was available to help clean out people's closets and instead of payment in money she would take payment in clothes or hard goods she can resell. It worked out for her well.
I think you're being too nice to the lady. That was so rude of her and unthoughtful. I personally would not have returned anything. I would have texted back: final sale. Sorry, im not returning anything.

Oh b.s. with this lady. Stuff has been sitting in HER closet that she could have resold. She wanted to see what things YOU picked to resell so she did not have to bother culling her closet. Glad you got some things in the end. Maybe next time get an agreement in writing that whatever is in the closet is available for purchase.

You handled it very well. I guess me being a business person my time is money and I would’ve definitely not agreed. That’s just me, I feel like she talked to somebody else, and somebody else said I would’ve gave you way more money All the stuff has already been sold to somebody else. Lol.

I do wonder why you did not offer her to sell everything for her at a Commision as she works off commission and may have appreciated the offer ,It would of been a win win situation for you both , Just me thinking out loud again .
Well I don’t know if I totally believe the seller or not. Didn’t she go through everything to give you a price. At that moment she should’ve said, “oh that’s my daughters. I can’t sell that item or that item”. She experienced seller’s remorse and may have not been honest to get those items back. I don’t recall it being multiple sizes in the closet. Unless her and her daughter wear the same size. 🤔 💁🏽♀️
