      Travel to calabar, then take a taxi to bakassi peninsula, is about 1000naira. Tell the driver last bus stop or tell him your traveling to cameroon, he will show you the seaport then you can take it from there.

    When traveling from ekok to buea sometimes in April this year, the driver charged me 120,000 Naira, saying that he needs to settle police since I didn't have any documents.... I felt d price was outrageous. So I turned back to my country... The drivers charge more once they see my international passport, ... How do I avoid this issues

    • @walkwithsimon
      @walkwithsimon  Před 10 měsíci

      I always advice you travel through water, and it's a good thing you have a passport. Through water they can stamp your passport. And you don't need to spend that much traveling but just know that cameroon security officers are much corrupt than you think.

      @walkwithsimon  Před 7 měsíci +2

      Ask for kumba market, they have a park there, ask them where vehicles traveling to Nigeria are, you can travel with they try booking a day before the travel, because they leave very early in the morning.
