    Wow, thank you very much for sharing your experience, it's exactly what I was searching for! This retreat in Arambol sounds like the perfect place to go, and seems like an authentic one most of all (among all these high-profile retreats with influencers). Namaste 🙏

      Thank you so much! It was really nice and down to earth! I recently noticed they put up the prices on their website but maybe depending on how busy they are they could offer better rate! Wishing you the best time if you end up going and let me know if I can help!

      Please please do go! It’s such a good experience to have once in a lifetime. I really want to go to Rishikesh which has retreats in ashrams nestled among tea plantations and Himalayan mountains… often they are also silent retreats which would be an extra challenge!

    • @lostinadmiration

      I think it is a great idea, for a lot of people it would be too boring to do so much yoga - especially when you travel so far away! If you are not super into yoga and all, I would recommend to just go somewhere and take a class or two for the experience! Also in Poland you can just pick somewhere nice and do yoga from CZcams haha - I always do that!

    Hi, how do you get in contact with them and know when do they have a retreat, do they have to have an X amount of people registered? Is there a website for the retreats? Thank you so much for all your info, do you have to be very advanced?

    • @lostinadmiration
      @lostinadmiration  Před 8 měsíci

      So no, you can be a complete beginner! They accommodate all levels of yoga. Also it worked as a hotel when I was there. So I paid for a night in a room (they also had a cottage which was more expensive) and food and yoga were included and massages were paid on top but with a discount. www.vedafive.com/veda5-wellness-retreat-spa-arambol-north-goa-india/ this is a website and also you can book via Agoda or booking which can be cheaper sometimes. I booked directly there because I was in the area. Also I heard the prices vary depending on season, I was there in April
