    Hello Jeff great video. I have something to ask, how can you add this effect on top of the section?

      @LytboxStudio  Před měsícem +1

      All you need to do is reverse the overlay gradient, making the top color solid and and the bottom transparent.

    if you keep top and bottom padding of section bit large value then this effect will look even better

      For sure, can play with the padding and locations to find the right look

    Animate this as fade in when scrolling

    • @LytboxStudio

      Now you’re talking! That would look dope!

      @@LytboxStudio I think this is possible with CSS only using new CSS scroll animation

      @@ravindug I totally agree - and thought that's what this video would be about. Having a faded-out bottom of a section doesn't turn my crank and, in examples where there's text there, makes it harder to read. I think an effect at both the top and the bottom of the viewport, where the scrolling page is coming from and going into, would look far superior (or "dope" as Jeff would say!).

    Thanks Jeffrey, nice effect :)
    Did you experience on Elementor when you change location color on gradient on different devices that they don't take effect and they just use the desktop one?

      I tested on Bricks mobile and was all good. I did have some issue with Elementor where changes weren’t happening from browser and site caching. I’ll test this out in the morning and get back to you

      I lost internet and then it ended on me, couldn't get it back. I'll be working on backup plans for the next time wifi goes out in a live stream. I'll have it rescheduled very soon!

    Could also add a fixed position section with a high zindex and fix it to the bottom so its always at the bottom of your screen. Only issue may be ehen you reach the emd of your acroll container, whatevers last like your footer might need some extra padding-bock-end so visitors will be able to scroll enough that all your content in your fotter is visible.
