Ingredients：A. minced gralic, 2 spoon / B. Soy sauce 6 spoon/ C. cooking wine ( wiskey is also fine ，its is used to add flavor and remove fishiness）1 spoon/ D. oyster sauce 1/2 spoon ( or Coke 50ml~80ml ) /E. black pepper 1/2 spoon/ F. honey 1~3 spoon
