To be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of Dragon Stones because I prefer grey rocks. But this scape is really cool with all its cracks and shadows. I would love to see its evolution in the next months 😊

9:37 i see the filter floss being use mostly to prevent the soils from rolling off the slope. In this case it seems to be use as an elevation. How do we do that? Will it be able to hold in the long run? Will the filter wool gets pressed down and gets compacted over time?🎉🎉
I haven't been a fan of dragon stone up to now, but this scape has definitely got me thinking. Question: the hollows in the stone look like they contain a lot of loose soil material - does it cloud the water, and would a hit with a pressure washer before starting the build help?

I always follow you.. your videos are fantastic.. here in Rome I can't find the Clithon horned snails and it seems that they are not recommended because they get used to fresh water but instead many reviews say that they are brackish water snails and therefore destined to die... is all this true or are they just stupid opinions??? I ask you who often use them together with amano shrimps and otocinclus

So only glue the monte carlo to the rock without any substrate?
Yup will do fine if you have enough nutrients in the water column

We're using RO water only (soft water) 👍
