Mark Lanegan said Layne's voice was so powerful that he could hear it over the instruments, standing on the side of the stage. Tom Morello said he sang like an angry angel. Corey Taylor says he is one of the best voices in all of rock.
♥️ Mark Lanegan
@Christopher Bingham Could be. There are a couple of other songs he's said we're about Layne. Last One In The World, and Way To Tomorrow.
Rest in whatever Mark
@Bacta Work i think the best song for him to listen to first would be Wake Up…. God, Layne’s vocals and the pure emotion he pours out into that song, it’s a completely different feeling than anything i’ve ever heard from Alice In Chains. It gives me chills every single time, and makes me think “how is it even possible to make something this incredibly magnificent?” It’s one of those songs that i personally believe is in dire need of more recognition. First time i heard it, i couldn’t believe what i was listening to and that i hadn’t already heard it. Layne’s vocals, McCready’s guitar work, it is perfection.
The L in Layne stands for legend
1st, the dude can sing. No remixing/autotune needed. 2nd, the mix on this live puts the instruments lower, so not only is his voice heard easily, he does not have to force a louder sound to be heard. and the instruments do not drown each other. This is masterful on all parts.
Yep, this makes me miss the 90s in terms of production. You might have to turn the volume up a little more, but I'll pay that price for great dynamics.
I wonder how good so called musical artists today would sound live in this same set up???
Besides the drums right before he hits that Bb4, you can barely hear them, other that that totally agree 🤘
I've watch this video hundreds of times and I have goosebumps on my entire body every single time!!! It's unlike anything I've ever heard in my entire life 😍
Autotune come out in 1996 by Cher, this is 6 years before autotune
This is the best Alice In Chains live performance in my opinion
Have you heard Live at the Marquee? If not... DO IT.
@@ryryguy321 Yep, each song in that concert was perfectly performed
Agree
“His voice belongs to an older soul” - Dude fucking, nailed it!
ALICE IN CHAINS were a dominant masterclass of musicians. Layne Stayley was one of the very best vocalists of all time.
Exactly, each member is a master of their art 👌
It doesn't get any better than this. One of the all time best live rock vocal performances.
I thought the same ..until I found Bleed the freak from the same show. That is my all time FAV!!!
I love this entire performance! Definitely a masterpiece.
@@jailee4266 Also a great performance. The "Yeah, yeayayahayahayah" vocal solo at the end is just a jaw dropper for me that sets Love Hate Love apart from anything else. Lane was a damn mountain lion in his prime.
I agree
This entire concert is phenomenal
That voice.. Oh my God THAT VOICE ! So sad that he is gone. Nobody else will ever compare to him.
No one.
@@198clm I think Chris Cornell comes pretty Damn close.
@@litawells4264 he's gone too. sadly. One of my favorites as well
@@colinbrannon2051 Chris Cornell, Layne Staley, Andrew Wood, Shannon Hoon, Kurt Cobain, Scott Weiland,Mike Starr and Chester Bennington have all said Hello to Heaven..🙏
@Christopher Bingham I don't know, all I know is there both gone and it SUCKS!!!!!
Layne left his heart on the floor.
One of the greatest male vocalist
to grace this planet.
Greatest live performance from a rock group!
The greatest vocalist ever
Layne goes from cracking a joke to a place of pure, raw emotion, in seconds. The entire show was amazing....Bleed the Freak, Sea of Sorrow... great reaction, RIP Layne, Mike
In the late 80's and early 90's US had a great thing going on...
Even after listening to this masterpiece for 30 years, I still get goosebumps every time I hear it. Such a powerful voice, he is definitely missed.
Yeah me too without fail
Layne's performance on Wake Up by his other band Mad Season is amazing. It's extremely underrated and overlooked.
How can anyone ever overlook that song, from note one you should be hooked and add it to your favorites.
Also I don't know anything 🎶 magic
Mad Season is a masterpiece and still celebrated for bringing out in the open the struggle with drug addiction which is incredibly brave. You can have a perfect voice but you can’t teach how to make people feel every word and it’s soul wrenching💜☮️🙏🏻
Yes, it's killer. If you liked this, check out the famtastic long gone day for another wailer with a different musical style.
Suicides no way to go
I saw them open for Van Halen in 1991. My friend wondered why I rushed in to see them play before VH. He still talks about wishing he listened to me then.
I saw them headlining in 92ish when Layne had a broken leg. I still consider it the best show I have seen.
@@randyman1331 yep. Opened for OZZY. Caught em in Memphis. Also Sepultura
Saw them in Philly open for VH and I swear me and my buddy were the only ones who knew and liked them. They were unbelievable. People were actually booing AIC waiting for Van Halen. Strange opening act but I was there just as much for them as I was VH
friends for over 31 years? damn dude nice! I hope for that too
I was lucky enough to see Alice, Peal Jam and other great bands at the Moore in Seattle 80's,s and 90's. Legendary
Bastard. I was born in the south in 1990. I even missed Pantera live.
SUPER jealous...I wasn't old enough to go on my own, and my parents weren't into the grunge scene. So I ended up going with them to Steve Miller at the Gorge, and ZZTop (and Gallagher 😂) at Puyallup Fair... Still good shows, but it's not any of the big 4 at the Moore... Or Paramount... Or either Showbox venues, etc.
@@DragonTigerBoss Pantera live was fucking LIT! Saw them on their Cowboys tour. Didn't even know who they were then yet.
@Christopher Bingham you think so? Not seeing both I have nothing to compare...I had a chance to see current AIC a couple years ago at pain in the grass, but didn't go. I ended up going to the OTHER two days... Slipknot, Gojira, Rob zombie, and Manson, plus others....🤷♂️
I would still see AIC, just because of how they impacted my teen years, but without Layne I'm scared I might be disappointed...
You are lucky I only got to see them twice with Layne... he was amazing
Yeah, Cantrell is one of my favorite guitarists. His style on guitar and his great vocals
totally compliment Layne’s voice. Of all the great bands to come out during the
“Grunge” era, this band was my favorite.
AGREEEED
I'm actually kind of envious of you right now because hearing layne do this song for the first time is absolutely nothing you can bottle and enjoy like you do the first time you hear it. Imo the best vocalist I've ever heard aside from Chris Cornell.
Dude is way better than Cornell.
Totally agree 👍
@Christopher Bingham Taking about a guy who murked himself.
@Christopher Bingham audioslave was only great because of Cornell. 🤷🏽♂️
@Christopher Bingham I can respect it im just not that impressed by it homestly to me the guitar work is my least favorite aspect of audioslave.
This is definitely their best live performance. If you get a chance, you should check out their song Rain When I Die, it's a great track off their Dirt album.
Their MTV Unplugged show was epic as well, especially Nutshell and Down in a Hole.
Wow great song, my fav!!!
@@RevBrently and rooster
Dirt, Core, and Ten are the quintessential albums when it comes to that whole era of music.
I know
Def need to do “BLEED THE FREAK” from the same show Live at the moore
This whole performance is amazing. Just react to any song from this show you can! “It ain’t like that”, “bleed the freak”, “real thing.” All are amazing
Yes! My exact picks! It Ain't Like That and Bleed the Freak! AIC
Man in the Box
All good songs, real thing is one of my favorites. That and rain when I die
One of the GREATEST Live Performances ever !
@Big Homie Steve The Metal Head dude just stop, one of the greatest vocal performance ever he's talking about, yes Eddie shredded a guitar ,but i put dime bag against him any day bro catch the drift.
Layne Staley, the Pavarotti of R&R/Grunge
@very end whilst carrying out that final highest octave he possesses, the look on his face is as if he is looking into the face of God... no words are sufficient 🖤❣️🖤
Heartbreaking isn’t it. One of the best vocalists that ever lived.
I love the way someone described his voice... said that he sang like an angry angel. Beautiful doesn't even begin to describe it.
The original AIC.... Layne (RIP)on vocals, Jerry Cantrell on guitar, Mike Starr (RIP) on bass, and Sean Kinney on drums. All true artists in their own right. They were perfection and never will there be anything like them.
No autotune,just pure talent....
I can never get enough of Layne Staley's voice, what a shame another legend is gone, RIP!!⚘
One of the best voices ever
Remove one of and the s in voices
@@RajHK8 No cause for me Eddie Vedder is at the same level as he was.
@@patrickbeaudette9759 man said Eddie vedder
@Christopher Bingham Lane Staley was better ,and I'll tell you why, on a power scale Chris Cornell is probably 11on power, Layne Staley was a 10 on power, but here's the difference, Chris Cornell is either shredding paint off the wall with his voice or he sings really low which is okay he can sing low also, Lane could hit more notes and had more Harmony in his voice on the high on the middle and on the low it's all about the harmony of the song, to prove my point I was at a bar and I was talking with the guy drinking beer and he was a huge fan of the local scene like I was, and he loved all the bands but he said the same thing Chris Cornell, so I bet him 50 bucks we each get to play a half hour of both bands ,and we'll let the bar decide, so obviously he picked all their hits and I played all Alice's hits, guess who the bar voted for, Lane Staley and they said the same thing he just has more Harmony in his voice.
No one is like Layne. No one will ever sing like him. Just amazing. One of his best songs too.
It's so glad to see you had the same reaction that I had when I saw this video and I still have it every single time I watch it .... I've seen it hundreds of times!!!! 😊
Clicked on this so fast. You should do Bleed the Freak live next for more Layne at his peak.
Bleed the freak is one of my favourite AIC songs
Or really, just do the whole show. 😁
Yeah, "Bleed The Freak" is fucking amazing.
Lucky enough to have witnessed Layne Staley when Alice In Chains was on tour with Ozzy in 1992. Absolutely amazing!! I was supposed to see them again with Metallica in 94 but they dropped off the tour a couple weeks before the show for Layne to enter rehab and never got another chance. Seen them rwice with the new singer and they still kick ass!!
Same, I first AIC when they toured with Ozzy and I was also supposed to see them in 1994. I was bummed that they dropped out, but at the same time I totally understood that Layne need to take care of himself first.
I’m seeing them for the first time this year with William and I just saw Jerry last week.
@@Bella_X They put on a hell of a show!! Enjoy
bro ive been a alice in chains fan my whole life, im 48, and layne was very special, if you havnt reacted to it yet, listen to a song he wrote for a soundtrack off of last action hero starring Arnold Schwarzenegger , my favorite tune by him. its called what the hell have i.
Saw them at a club in 1992. I was moshing in the pit when they started this song - everyone stopped moshing and swayed and stared, absolutely transfixed by the power of Layne's voice. I remember thinking "this might be what tripping feels like" (not quite, but not as far off as you might think). That is still one of my all-time favorite shows. Layne was a legend, and AIC has always been my favorite of the grunge bands.
Check out "Don't Follow" for my all-time favorite AIC song; it's somber, wistful, and beautiful - I've always said it reminds me of singing around a campfire. I don't know if that makes sense to anyone else, but that's my take.
If asked what my favourite vocal performance of all time is, this is my answer every time. Layne was a force of nature and he'll always be missed.
I've loved AIC for 30 years, and I still react the same way. Goosebumps.. That's how amazing Layne is.
I almost never comment but I have to ask - have you heard Mad Season, River of Deceit? Incredible song with Layne in the lead vocals. It would be an awesome reaction.
I just found out about mad season about 5 months ago and I love the song wake up I'll have to check that one out you recommended
@@jailee4266 Wake Up is also amazing!
Both wake up and river of deceit are great songs 👍🏻
I love that song because - in addition to its emotion and I mean NO disrespect to Layne; quite the opposite - I love when we got to hear him sing a little more softly (i.e.: not belting it out like, say, during the chorus of "Man in the Box"). Like I said I don't mean it in a bad way; the fellow had crazy pipes. But his "softer" voice...it gives a whole different kind of chills
Great album , everything he took on , cut you to the core
I love this story: when William DuVall “auditioned” to join AIC permanently, he picked this song - bold, right? Apparently he did it justice, because afterwards, Sean Kinney said something like, “I think the search is over.”
Saw them on a mini acoustic tour in STL. They were breaking in the new guy to the fans. By the time he perfected this song, not a dry eye in the place. So much love for Layne. So much respect and acceptance for William. They only did 6 of those acoustic shows I think throughout the US.
This is a perfect example of a "Soul Destroyer " tune. Absolutely haunting. One of their best.
And thank you Sir for your eyeroll during his first scream. I agree. Insane. His range and the "thickness" of Layne's voice- God I miss it.
6:35. Layne's voice makes you pay attention. He was phenomenal
Layne’s best recorded live performance, in my opinion.
The absolute best at sounding exactly like the emotion he was trying to convey.
Saw them at Lollapalooza 1993 in Houston. They were masterful, Layne was at the top of his game. Primus, Fishbone, Dinosaur Junior, Arrested Development, and others were also there. But Alice in Chains and Primus were the show stealers.
I saw Palooza 93 as well, Barrie Ontario Canada. AIC and Tool stole the show there!!
My brother. I got to see AIC live when they opened for Metallica. It's honestly one of the highlights of my life. Another highlight is that I GOT TO PERFORM THIS! The band I was singing lead for covered this in '02 or so. That was a wonderful show in front of 1500 people and we brought down the house. Wonderful, wonderful weekend.
What a great memory to have.
@@litawells4264 Yes ma'am. It sure is.
I hope you have a wonderful evening.
Oh man Im jealous. I was at one of the Metallica shows that when I bought the tickets AIC were opening but by the time the show came around they had dropped from the tour... Always wanted to see AIC live but never got the chance.
@@arashi75m Of the big 5, AIC is the only one I ever got to see. It was a great show. Metallica was on fire that night as well.
I never got to see AIC, but I got to see Soundgarden, twice at the Seattle Center back in the 90s. Not only did I get to see Chris Cornell, twice I got to see him with my Daughter twice. Did I say I got to see Soundgarden twice. So let me sum this up I got to see Chris Cornell twice....RIP Chris & Layne
DUDE!!!! When this came out….I almost wept uncontrollably when I heard this & it still gives me chills when I hear it….Layne’s voice can NEVER be replicated amigo. To this day, I gotta listen to this song & album at least twice a week….AIC was definitely the darker & most METAL of the Seattle groups!!!! good pick bud!!! 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
This song is from their debut album "Facelift." Personally, it's one of the greatest albums of all-time. This was the first album I bought and listened to all the way through without skipping a song. I also used to sing regularly and would practice to the whole album.
It seems like most people like Dirt more than Facelift, but Facelift just has a flow to it. You can sit there with a CD or cassette tape or vinyl of Facelift and sing it all the way through.
@Christopher Bingham Why did youtube just send me this notification now? Facelift is a proper album. Dirt is, while certainly not "pop music," more poppy in the sense that there are a handful of great songs along with some I just forget about.
Thensomedudecamedowntotouchthemother
@Christopher Bingham name one
@DragonTigerBoss Face-lift is great but its all instantly catchy which can lose it's power after a while. I didn't like Tripod when I first heard it but it's an acquired taste and once you've listened to it enough those songs are incredible. Dirt is somewhere between the two and is my personal favourite along with Jar Of Flies.
Yes yes yes, This is my Favorite Alice In Chains song, I recommended it a while ago so im glad you finally got a chance to listen to it❤️
Also crazy how Jerry’s solo fits the mood of the vocals. Great band!
This is one of my fave performances by Layne. Your first reaction to this, is exactly how you will feel each time to listen to it. IMO and in my own experience. Sludge Factory (From MTV Unplugged) is also a very raw performance by Layne. He makes a tiny lyric slip up and recovered with a witty joke and a stellar, killer version. Now, Layne was also in a band called Mad Season. The live at the Moore, Seattle, 1995 performances of both the songs "River of Deceit" and "Lifeless Dead" are so damn good too. Layne was one of best vocalists around. His talent is greatly missed.
Layne was and IS THE Voice! Love him ❤! Miss him.
You can still see them live, they’re going out on tour this summer! No it’s not Layne but the new singer still kicks ass
The new singer is amazing.
He definitely does them justice and even laynes father thinks so.
the new singer is badass but layne is just something else
Don’t feel bad Alex , I’m from around Seattle and grew up with band and I never got to see AIC , I did however see Jerry Cantrell play at a few parties in high school, one of my all time favorite bands
I feel your pain Alex, I’m never going to get to see my favorite band live. Rest In Peace Chester.
Literally one of my favorite songs ever. And I like a lot of AMAZING musicians. Layne was brilliant. Lovely Layne ♥️
The term "peak" actually peaked here. Once in a lifetime ❤❤❤ rip Layne abd and Mike
I was 15 when this concert happened. Don't remember how I got in as it was 18 and over; don't remember much of the show either as there was a lot of herb going around. But this song moved me like no other has since. Relive it every time I see this, and the video of Bleed the Freak from that same show.
Thanks for the Awesome reaction! They are so special. Bleed The Freak or It Ain't Like That Anymore are also two great live videos. It's mind blowing 🤯
Lanye's voice was from another world 🌎!
By far one of the best voices in rock history rip Layan Stanley
Layne Staley was and STILL is my all-time favorite singer and i was 18 in '91 by the way, great fucking memories. Alice In Chains are in my top 5 favorite band ever, i remember seeing the Man In The Box video on tv one day and i went to the record store the very next day to buy the album and i was hooked right away and been a fan ever since. They still do great music with William Duvall on vocals, mixed with Jerry Cantrell it's still Alice In Chains but nothing will beat the Layne years, he was THE BEST!!!

Should watch the whole Live from The Moore show.....absolutely the best live performance ever!!
This is the year I saw Alice In Chains live I was 14 they were on the Clash Of The Titans tour with Megadeth, Anthrax, and Slayer at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison Colorado. It was one of the best concerts I have been to.
I just cried. I couldn't help it. I could feel Layne's pain. I got so hurt that I could not hold my tears. Thank you.
His voice really is otherworldly. I swear I feel like he’s from another dimension, it’s all so hypnotizing together with the instrumentals but even alone. If you haven’t yet, you should check out one of his first performances with his first hs band Sleaze back in the 80s, I believe. It’s low quality of course but he hits an otherworldly, inhuman-sounding note, it’s insane. Literally sounds like an electric guitar screech on his own. It does hurt knowing people can’t see him ever again, it breaks my heart.
Thanks for making this! It was hella entertaining and nice to hear/see other people spreading the love for them.
Also, have you seen the Junkhead live performance by AIC? It’s just as amazing, if not more. I don’t recommend watching the music video though lol
he was amazing i saw him in 92,.amazing that is all i can say. he had me bawling like a baby . his voice was so full of pain and ache it broke my heart
Oh, to have a time machine to 1991 Seattle. Rest easy, Layne. And you too, Mike -- his bass sound doesn't get enough credit when people talk about AIC.
Anyway, song recs! 'It Ain't Like That', 'Junkhead', 'Rain When I Die' -- all dark, heavy, groovy, catchy as hell.
This entire set has crazy energy. ‘Bleed the Freak’ is also jaw-dropping good. But this song right here-hook line sinker…why he truly is one of the greatest. If ‘mic drop’ was a thing back them…..Layne would’ve been the one to earn it.
Been listening to Layne since I was a kid in the 90’s…. Still have the same reactions every time. Layne was the GOAT #becauselayne
YES THIS IS AN AMAZING CHOICE! Love the video Alex! Would love if you could check out Staind! Epiphany, fade, waste personally I think you’d like there music!
Great live recording. Also, check out “bleed the freak” from the same Live st the Moore” set. Delivery and cinematography make that track spectacular.
The answer as to why it sounds the way it does is pretty simple.
His name is LAYNE STAYLEY. Thats all. The fact this is 30+ years ago, is mind-blowing.
These guys are still rocking with a new lead singer, William Duvall. Nobody can ever replace Layne but Duvall has been a good fit with the rest of the band. React to "Bleed the Freak" from the Moore. If you want to check out some of their new stuff I suggest "Check my Brain" or "Never Fade."
Alice in chains, my favorite 90s band, wait till you hear junkhead, its going to blow your socks off !!!
One of their very best performances. One of the very best live performances by a band, actually.
Gotta do the whole show, its only like 30 minutes long. Best show I have ever attended and its really not even close
Just simply amazing like laynes vocals are other worldly..incredible along with Jerry's dark riffs and amazing solo add Sean's drumming and mike just keep that low bass going you got one of the best musical performances ever captured let alone performed period
Seen them at pine knob, opener for megadeth, slayer, and anthrax.. they were even awesome back then
Yes Jerry on the guitarr.
Layne was, is and always will be one of the best vocalist ever!!! So much power and pain in his voice. Miss him so much...
the saddest part is even when layne was at his "healthiest" he was still.very sick .theres wasn't one part of his amazing career where he wasn't dealing with his addiction.
Loved your reaction! Bleed the Freak, from the same live show. Another Layne vocal fest :)
I grew up on AIC and still get goose bumps listening to this song! (I even tried to name my son Layne)
Saw them in 1991 when they opened, yes opened for Extreme. Incredible live.
Layne was shy. I had the pleasure of finding AIC Before any other radio show in north Texas. Layne asked me if I thought they had what it took to make it. Easy answer. YES!!
I was at that show. I turned 21 in 1991. Living near Seattle. I didnt realize I was part of history going to all those grunge shows every weekend in the 90’s I thought every city had as cool music shows. It was an amazing time.
This is definitely Layne's best live performance ever.
One of the best vocal performances of all time.
I love this song. Gives me goosebumps at the end every time. Especially with quality headphones.. shit is intense
I was there & Layne's powerful voice changed my life. I dated Andy Wood for 2 yrs & became close friend's with Layne, & Chris, till the day they died. WELCOME HOME BRO...WELCOME HOME
Layne is so happy and Healthy looking in this video. this is how I prefer to remeber him and not how ill he looked at the end
I saw them in 1992 when they toured with Ozzy and Blind Melon. Everyone was so hyped to see Ozzy and I was waiting in line to get in the arena like “nah man I’m here to see Alice in Chains”. Period. I was only 20 at the time, but damn. They were touring for their album Dirt, phenomenal performance and stage presence. Reasons why 30 years later they are still my favorite band of all time.
I witnessed this performance in person and nothing compares. What an epic performance, i saw them in the underground before anyone knew who they were. This is layne in his prime and jerry a guitar god! I traveled to the west side from Eastern Wa. To visit friends, and got stuck there cuz the snow storm and managed to make it to this show i can now go to my death bed someday knowing i witnessed a musical rapture. I miss you layne ❤
AMEN!! so envious never got to see him
Watch that entire concert, best live Alice in chains
I think live at the Moore is the best performance by the best band of all time. Otherworldly. Layne was a god.
In September of "91, I turned 23, and was on the cusp of returning to my hometown of Seattle (I'd been away since age 17, with one extended visit in '89, during which I began to hear the crackle of the imminent Seattle Scene explosion). A big part of the reason I came home was that I couldn't bear to be away from this massive punk party, my own local homies making their own kinds of hard rock music for the whole world. It makes me so happy that a kid your age is falling in love with all that music, and appreciating, I'm sure among other things, the uniqueness and raw emotive power of Layne Staley's writing and vocals.
I was lucky enough to be in my early 20s when the grunge scene started. I saw bands like Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, etc. What an amazing time for music, and it will never happen again..
If the question is Layne, the answer is always yes.
Awesome watching somebody appreciate layne and the guys the way we all do..magical performance from the best there is ❤😢💔
YES!! This was one of my biggest suggestions for so long! ❤
This is honestly one of the videos I've been waiting for you to react to. Thank you, sir!
I was lucky to see them free for the first time.. In High Schools I worked for a place that was a vendor at Lalapalooza.. My shift was over so I walked down and made my way through the crowd.. around this time First was coming out.. Bam.. Fav band for many years..
Awesome!!! I asked you to watch this a long time ago. I knew you would like it!!! The vocals and everything about this song are amazing. I saw Alice In Chains twice and Jerry Cantrell as a solo act back in the 90’s. The first time I saw Alice was great and the second time was not. They were having a horrible night and Layne was pissed off after and addressed the issue on stage thanking the crowd for “coming to band practice “ Sean the drummer at one point fell of his drum throne and shortly after their tour ended and they never toured again. I live in Vegas and Jerry Cantrell will be here soon and Alice In Chains still makes music. If you ever get the chance, see a show!!!!!
(Although at the end of touring).....Any further details to share?.....cuz I have to say that Layne thanking the crowd for coming to band practice is hilarious!
I just saw Jerry Cantrell and the show was AMAZING
@@casey10bb So the show was bad. Vocal timing was off at the beginning of rooster. Tempos we’re off. Sean Kinney fell off his drum throne at the end of a song because he was f’ed up. It was very apparent the whole show was a struggle. When they came out for encore, Layne was pissed off and said “I’d like to thank everybody for coming to fucking band practice. It wasn’t funny at all and everyone knew it. It was not long after they stopped their tour and never went on the road again.
@@brians3891 Oh! When I read what Layne said, my 1st thought was how jokingly sarcastic he could be. Thanks for the clarification and for some details...appreciate it.
