Martha is the go-to for cooking. I never feel like I can't do something when she is there.
Thanks Martha!
Martha, thank you so much for your shows..Yes, you and a few other great chefs have given me ideas of great food.
Thanks for adding the nutrient info as I appreciate that stuff!
You bet! 😊
There are certain techniques that chefs do that I’m envious of. Things like cracking eggs open one handed (no shells), tossing food in a skillet one handed (without the food falling out), doing a flambé over a stove (I’m scared I’ll start a fire)…. More things I can’t think of. These chefs make it look so easy 😂
When I was first training to be a chef they put me on the breakfast shift. I used to have to crack open about 200-250 eggs each morning for the scrambled egg mix that's how I learned to do it one handed. In the beginning there was a lot of picking the shells out of the eggs until one day I just mastered it.
While not a chef, I used to work breakfast at McDonalds. Several hundred eggs each morning. For the egg McMuffins we had to break the yoke anyway, so I used the opportunity to practice breaking eggs one handed with both hands. Took a couple days but was able to do it fairly quickly. My off-hand of course took a little longer to perfect.
That looks sooo good!!! Thank you for sharing this!!
Cheers Susan
Martha is an extrovert, she likes to hear the sound of her own voice & likes to think she is the smartest person in the room. If ever there were someone who needs to know the very meaning of "humble" it is her. Mario rocks with his knowledge.
I love Mario!
Ravioli ravioli, what's in the pocketoli
It was good to see Mario batali again cooking. I wonder if he will be back and we'll be able to see him cooking again
this is from an older video. honestly, i'm kind of stunned this is still up lol
@@skippythealien9627 I was quite surprised his recipe didn’t have a little a salt!
@@skippythealien9627 I was quite surprised his recipe didn’t have a little a salt! I’ll show myself out…. 🤣
"Celebrity chef Mario Batali forced to fork out over $5 MILLION to employees for skimming tips" - Yeah, real nice guy
Most grandmothers have this knowledge and character, don't need his.
skimming tips is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Batali's bad behavior lol
I don't think she was trying to be rude i think she was trying to learn.
sembrano squisiti, spero di riuscire a farli un giorno
What a pro . I miss his show . I cant believe food network took him out to put giada .. It is almost a crime.
Cool
He's being very polite, considering XD
Mario is good, but I like Martha as well, including her recent show on PBS "Martha Stewart's Cooking School". Thanks Martha.
I like how Martha always cuts people off and tries to talk over them : /
That quality is what made her a shot caller on the yard.
I put my squash cut side down in the dish to bake, its easier to peel the skin off.
0:15 Like, really Martha - you're going to correct Mario, even though he is actually an expert with Italian cuisine? Mario was chill about her constantly interrupting him, but man - wish she would be a more gracious co-host...
Yes, and during cooking sessions, she puts on a permanently stern and matronly look on her face. It makes me ill for some strange reason.
Patty C ...Yep!
I think I would go psycho if you replaced my cheese with an almond cookie.. Oo
but he did put mad cheese on before the cookie.
I cannot understand why anyone does that messy old fashioned way when the food processor makes fresh pasta beautifully. It's ridiculous.
Gourmet Pumpkin
Tortelli di zucca in italian. They are not my favorite 'cause they are kind of sweet
Mine
Hair in the food at 4:40......hopefully it's not pubic hair
Probably a strand from the butternut squash. I hope.
redgrapeskins Too funny! Thanks for the humour.
?
Dude that’s not a hair 😂
Hahaha oh yes..
That guy was cool and seemed to know what he was talking about, that woman seemed to have absolutely no idea what was going on...
I thought Mario lost weight. But doesn't look like it here.
Martha keeps interrupting Mario, trying to insert herself. Ever gracious, Mario works works around her, but I wish she would get out of the way.
What ever happened to Mario?
I heard his stomach exploded and it caused him to pass away from covid.
This is some hot shit...
These are called cappellacci. Why does neither of them use the word?
Criminal cooking hour
He reminds me of a hobbit
CHEF MARIO, GO VEGAN! Please :)
A lot of people in these comments who probably has overbearing mothers 🤣
Love Mario ! Can't stand Martha Stewart.
Jesus Martha, trying to a butternut squash with its stem still attached?! Smh. Top and tail before cutting through it.
Martha, shut-up you talk too much. Let Mario do his thing.
This was so awkward to watch..
She can't just shut up and let a world-class chef teach us. How insecure and controlling. Does anybody know of any software that can remove just one person's voice from a video?
