Oh my goodness, THANK YOU. I just purchased 2 speedlights and got them to work with the highspeed individually but as soon as I used the trigger it wasn't working and I was so frustrated. Such a weird, easy solution!

I genuinely yelled out loud, “you’ve got to be f*cking me”. Thank you for this. Had the most embarrassing moment with a client and this was the answer. THANK YOU

The best way to know if it's locked in is to look for the green light indicator on the top of the trigger. The light will come on when the camera is on and the trigger is connected.
Was the issue the flash triggered but it was like shooting 400 in non-high speed . Both flash and trigger were high speed but it was like this is not working, my subject still had small shadow on far side.

Hey Jesse! Make sure that the HSS (high speed sync) setting is on, on both the unit and the trigger. Check out your user manual or do a quick Google search to learn how to do that if you're not sure. Good luck!
Ive been having similar issue but the strobe dosnt seem to fire even if you test fire using the remote trigger..im not so sure what may be the issue it nay fire a couple times and then stops..
Hmmm, that does sound strange. If it's working sometimes but not consistently, that sounds like it may be some sort of physically connectivity issue as well. I'd reach out to Westcott's support team and see what they say. They were super helpful to me. Good luck!
Anyone able to get TTL and HSS at the same time? Again, both modes to work, not just HSS. Most transmitters do allow one to have TTL & HSS enabled. Profoto/Jinbei/Orlit don't have that. Surely all three do not have AF assist beam & Multi.
Bro i have other issues, i cant have live view in manual mode, i cant you HSS Neither Freeze Time i have a Sony a7 Iv if i change sync X in ON i can change in the trigger to manual to slp and ttl but ttl doesnt work if i turn off i can use Only ttl

Been have trouble with the x2 trigger and my fj200 . The trigger won’t fire the flash even if I try the test button

Hey! I'm afraid I'm not sure because I have never used the FJ80. What camera brand do you have, and is your trigger set to that camera brand?
Does anyone know how to make the flash work when you turn the shutter speed past 250? Every time I put it higher half my screen is black 😢 help me

None that I've encountered, but I also haven't pushed the lights that hard to know if they would!
