Hello Daria! This video is very informative but I have a different case. I already went to vovoideship and submit my biometrics and waiting for my TRP. Can I work in Poland while waiting for the decision of TRP? I am a spouse of a polish citizen.
Hi, i find your video very informative...how about if i already submitted my documents to voivode and I got a letter from them after 4 months stating that the decision will until July 2021. Also states there that by that letter I can apply for a TR card But they didn't interview me yet, they only interviewed my neighbors. Should I wait for them to interview me then I can apply for the card? I am spouse of polish citizen.... I hope you'll answer my question. Thank you.

Yes, unfortunately it may take up to 3 months, but you can request that the matter be accelerated in the office.

Now I have doubt as you mentioned he required power of attorney signed by me but whether this document needed to verify from poland embassy in India?

Hello I am married to my polish fiance right now, she is living in the US with me right now since she has duel citizenship, we want move to Poland later this year, can I apply for my TRC once we travel there? How long does it take for the TRC to process, I am asking because I want to go to a university in Poland. This leads me to my next question which is can I go to Polish University with TRC or do I need to get a student Visa instead. My goal is to become a polish citizen and I am hoping I can count my University years as part of my 2 year stay that is required. Thank you very much for your video. I am a Filipina living in Poland with my Polish husband.. I just moved here last December 2022. I already applied for the temporary residence card (TRC) in the voivoideship, had given my biometrics, and have a red stamp in my passport last Feb 2023. My spouse visa expires on May 4, 2023.. I am not sure when I would get the TRC, but I might need to go home to the Philippines after my visa expires for some important reasons… Can I extend/renew my visa while waiting for the residency card? :) Many thanks again
No you wont be able to do that as Visa is granted on the basis of your work
Hello beautiful maam, I want to ask a question with my situation. My husband is American and he’s working in Poland through sofa/nato agreement, USA GOVERNMENT AND POLAND GOVERNMENT AGREEMENT. My husband is working there legally with out a visa because of the agreement. I want to ask if me and my minor children can apply for a visit visa? Since we are visiting him and staying with him in his apartment, only short vacation cause we have to comeback to our home country since my eldest child is still going to school. I have a visa for 2 year, but my dependent (wife & minor child) got only 91 days visa. My children passport expired in 10months from today. How can I extend their visa or I need to apply for TRC
You can try to apply for TRC, but i think Polisch government will issue new law or adopt law from EU in next 3 months.
After police come home for verification how many days it takes for decision letter in poland please tell me its very urgent

1.I am currently in Poland on a business visa, whether I am eligible to apply for TRC in Poland ?
2. I have my old parent mother, she is totally dependent on me, how should I apply for her department visa or any other visa so that she can stay with me due to old age.
1) if you have the permission to stay in Poland for more than 3 months then you are eligible to apply for TRC
2)Yes you can apply for dependent visa of your mother

yes , you need travel insurance which cover both
@@MigratetoEurope I did some research and applied without travel insurance without any problem. It's only a requirement to have travel insurance if you're applying under specific reasons such as work etc.... not as spouse
