There are two residence permits available in Poland: Temporary residence permit which is valid for one to three years. Permanent residence permit which is valid for ten years.
Permanent residence permit The Pole's Card is proof that you are a part of the Polish nation, though not a Polish citizen. You will get a Pole's Card if you have permanent residency in Poland. Your Pole's Card is valid for ten years, calculated from the date you acquire the card. Hope it would be help you out thank you.

Hi miss,How are you. I meet a work permit. But back side no have official stamp.types 2, only middle red stamp of inspecter and his sign
No issue. On July 2022 there is no need for stamping in the work permit.

This very important information dear ma'am daria im watching your most of your informations, i would like to seek your assistance regards that i have received my work permit through the agency last 3 months before now I'm trying to get the embassy appointment, but when checked my work permit there's only one stamp which is the one you have shown in right side and one signature as well. There are reasonable doubts regarding your entention to leave the territory of the Republic of Poland before the expiry date of your visa

Yes, From July Poland embassy change the rule.
2nd time refused by consulate my work permit what can i do madam reason regarding your intention to leave the territory of the republic of poland before the expairy of tha visa what can i do medam thank you medam
In this case you need to get a fresh work permit after three month of refusal only then you can appear in the embassy for the work visa

Mada, I have Polish work permit. It is issued on 13 Oct 2023 and valid till 2026. What if my appointment is delayed due to draw after 1st January, 2024, on this work permit salary is 3760 PLN and Polish Govt has announced that minimum salary will be 4200 PLN.
