The other contestants listen to him and accept the fact that this guy has spent hundreds of hours locked in his bedroom practicing scales and arpeggios. They recognize the pure talent through self sacrifice. Just hard work. Just like studying for hours to have an exam. But this guy gives pleasure to all of his audience. An algebra test just ain't the same.

Thank you so much! All of what you said is completely true. For almost 8 years now, I’ve locked myself up in my room practicing until I nail what I try to practice. Which does sound depressing now that I think about it, but I was willing to choose passion over friendship. I knew if I fully dedicated myself to music, I knew that it would affect my social skills, making friends and even keeping friends. After all of this amazing support, I don’t regret any second of it!

Please don't take this as me hating on you, or telling you to give up your dreams because that's genuinely not what I'm saying. I think you're a beast at guitar and you should never underestimate your talent. Just don't let it keep you from socializing and creating memories/relationships with people. I promise there's room for both.

But he's also probably thinking, "C'mon young fella ... take it to the next level". Stay true to his legacy, take what he gave us and use it as inspiration to create something new. I can tell from the head stock that your guitar is in fact a Schecter guitar. But that is beside the point. The point is you are f-ing great. You also interact with your audience and that is one of the best thing that any musician can have. I love your eruption so much man. Rock is out \m/.

As a fellow guitarist that hurt so much when no one gave you kudos for Big Sur Moon. They don’t realize the amount of effort and skill it takes to learn that and the amount of work it takes to dial in that perfect tone and delay. But that performance rocked bro you definitely deserved that first place win 💯👊🏼
