Hello, I am Fraz.
I am a Software Engineer at @Google. I have made this channel to help all who are ready to learn, grow, and do something big in the field of Tech. I create content through informational videos, tutorials, and podcasts that will help students and software engineers.
In this podcast, I have Dolly with me who started from earning Rs. 15,000 per month to landing a 45 LPA package. She faced a lot of difficulties in this journey, one of them being due to her Hindi Medium background in school. She cracked 6 offers during the Recession. Here is my story
My first company : 3 years worked there due to renewal bond agreement process there so I left and my last pay is 13 K per month
Second company : 5 months worked there due to salary paying issue I hv been left. My last pay is 23 K per month
Third company : 2 years and ten months I hv worked there. My last pay is 33 K per month. Due to less salary I left
Fourth company : 1 year and ten month I hv worked there. My in hand salary one lakh and seven thousand. Due to layoff company 🔥 me
Almost I given 40 interviews for last one month. Am not even having any offers
But surprisingly in this video she cracked all interviews. well done sister🎉
from where to learn JAVA + dsa
CTC also depends on the amount you hold side by side like she had 70k on side therefore Ola gave 18lpa just double. Don't confuse it with increment on 2.5 lpa for beginners looking for a switch.

M into Market research as a Senior project manager..My mental health is so pissed off.. work pressure.. nothing with work life balance.. weekends and only night shifts.. no proper leaves.. but I am not able to leave as m the only earning one in family.. so scared to leave but that's a toll on my physical and mental health.. 😢even the CTC is not more than 7 LPA.. I'm from Lahore, Pakistan. The difference between Pakistan and India is the mindset, i.e. more indian females are working, while our culture is not that much up to the mark. Though cities like Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad have improved culture for women, but villages are far beyond that approach. It may take some time for us to improve this scenario
