I hope you enjoy this video. I tracked down these Tampa Bay Filming locations. Most of them i discovered by just driving around looking for certain things comparing them to the screen shots from the movie. Took a lot of digging on this one. I have always wanted to do these locations. I am so excited To present these. Thank you for tuning in
btw did you ever see Thomas Jane Dirty laundry short or the BatIntheSun Punisher
Of course Jay
Sent you a PM on Instagram and Facebook about my band Post Traumatik love for you to use one of songs for your videos @tampajay
we enjoy your company! flawless videos!
The Mansion on Old Keystone Road belongs to or used to belong to basketball player Matt Geiger. My husband is a deputy and many many years ago my husband was called out to this residence a few times because Matt Geiger's animals would get loose which he had many of them including llamas. Or he would have to go out there because his alarm would go off.
thank you all time classic Tampa movie. Tampa Jay and Thomas Jane same initials TJ. John Travolta, JT.
Great vdo Tampa !!! And that GOODY GOODY burger 🍔🍔🍔 yummmmm

Thank you for all your hard work on this vid, Tampa Jay! It's a lot of work to track down locations in Tampa especially since there have been so many changes (demolitions and new buildings) especially in downtown tampa...and...you serenaded us if only after you slayed us with this content! You Rock, Jay!

Absolutely AMAZING job on this video . Your thoroughness is second to none .
I lived on the southwest corner of Kennedy and South Hyde Park Avenue and had a bird's-eye view of the theater scene
From my balcony. I watched quite a bit of the scenes that were filmed downtown .

I knew about sunshine skyway, but always wondered where the other places were.
Loved mark collie all my life as a country music fan, but Seether and Amy lee's song was the most beautiful song in this movie. Great video!!
Thankyou of course enjoyed wonderful job Tampa ❤👌
Excellent job my love. Very thorough as usual!! And you played the gee-tar at the end!! My heart
This one actually took me a couple weekends I flew to Indianapolis I believe in the middle, maybe Chicago, I can’t remember. The only thing I didn’t like is the introduction I over thought it. I’m so happy you’ve been watching my older vid so I appreciate it so much
That jam at the end slaps though 👌
Awesome job and very informative young man really I enjoyed and finding franks house was some good detective work

I'm so grateful to you for doing this, I know dark, brutal but one of my favourites and if anyone could do filming locations on The Punisher and do it justice then ONLY one man for the job and that's you .Your attention to detail, the exact precision of your film locations is second to none. You can tell the work you put into them, the travelling, the cost, the editing, the research just thankyou soooooo much 👍👌👏👏👏👏👏👏❤🙏😆
I was working downtown during filming, and was able to catch the explosion scene outside the club. Thanks Jay for putting this together, I enjoyed it very much.
That’s so awesome glad you caught the video thank you so much
Great job, kind Sir! Love your videos and especially filming locations!🤘😊

@@TampaJay Thank YOU!😇

Thank you Kris appreciate you
Great video, first time here
Thanks Lee, appreciate you watching
Great job, sir! I love this movie! It's my favorite out of all the Punisher movies. Very cool to see all the locations. You matched them up perfectly. Sucks some buildings are gone, but that's how it goes. Keep up the great work!
Excellent video. You can tell your passion and dedication to this film. I've done this myself in Georgia at the dukes of hazzard locations. Love it
That was a lot of work, and you did a great job. Thanks for the video!
Thanks Mark appreciate you buddy
@@TampaJay I appreciate you!
I appreciate the hard work you put into this, great stuff!
awesome vid !!!!! I just love that movie, thanks TJ !
Thank you Joe
I hung copper gutter on the house on old keystone, I wasn’t even really able to use my phone or or record the house because everything is so private. Wonderful experience, The land the house sits on is massive. It has its own golf course now. The house hasn’t changed a bit.
👍🏻👍🏻
I’m glad you did this one .. one of my favs
Thanks Danny
GREAT JOB
That is cool
I was living in Tampa at the time they shot this movie. The company I worked for Loomco Fabrics made all the bedspreads and pillows and other apparel seen in the movie.
I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT! I had a feeling you might have done a filling locations vlog for this movie.
I just learned something new thank you
This is so cool. Well done.
Thank you
You did an incredible job dude!! thanks!!
this is awesome! thank you so much!
Thank you!
Awesome video! I remember going to Tampa a couple of years after filming and having lunch at the Goody Goody in the same seat as Thomas Jane and getting a brick from the apartment building that was torn down. Also, the wood structure for the outdoor pagoda for the family reunion was still standing on Honeymoon Island with remnants of the cloth and fake vines/leaves still nailed to it. Still have those too.
The current owner of the Howard Saint house has more than tripled the square footage it’s literally an acre.. at the time of filming NBA player Matt Geiger owned it. Then it was purchased along with some of the neighboring Buffalo Trace development by a 90s entrepreneur connected to Mark Cuban.. he does value his privacy.. still invests and huge into philanthropy I believe.
Cool video Jay and now I too will be trying a Goody Goody burger
Awesome video fam
Thank you
Well done, brother.
i have sentimental attachment to this movie..i was only months away from meeting my future wife/ex-wife, who was from St Pete/Tampa, and i would see the bank building crossing the bridge at any one time, and think of this movie, or watching it again later on after my return home to Gainesville Fl, then Punisher "WAR ZONE" came out and now i compare this movie to Keatons turn as the Batman, not quite filling the bill, but doing his own nice version just he same.
Thanks man! It’s a great film, I moved to the area in 2004 and watched this movie right before doing so. Loved it instantly
I think You and Adam the Woo have a similar vocal timbre. Possibly a Florida thing .. Cool vid, good attention to the small details - that real location seekers like.
good job jay!
Thank you
I watched your two Friday the 13th filming locations videos for the first movie and part 6 (also my favorite in the series) and I must say man you take incredible care and attention to detail with your videos and it's pretty awesome to see. This would have to be my favorite Marvel movie that came out during the early to mid 2000s, post Spider-Man 1 but pre MCU, just an awesome character in the comics and Thomas Jane does a great job imo.
Thank you Nicholas! I have so much fun creating these filming location videos I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed them. Appreciate you!
Loved this video. I work in tampa and go into 100 tampa every week. I didnt know that the shootout was in there lol.
I believe the house that Jeter owned/rented to Brady is just a few houses down from the 40 Bahama Cir. Jeter’s was 58 Bahama Cir iirc.
Nice work TJ!
Ty that was so awesome cuz I always wanted to know where they filmed the Punisher locations in Tampa Florida
The Count of Monte Cristo was filmed in Malta, and Ireland . The party was taken in Powerscourt house in Wicklow.
@tampajay you should do the movie stressed to kill it was shot here in tampabay
I had heat stroke, or very close to it, in that walk thru at the bathrooms. Lol I remember when this was filmed. That mansion was once owned by Matt Geiger from the Philadelphia 76ers.
I would go to Tampa to check out those locations
The bank vault screen where the Saint goons are counting the money. Is in the photography museum. It was a Bank of America back then. You actually almost filmed it. When you looked in the door, Its down the stairs to the right. Great video TJ. Let me know if you do a follow-up video, I can get you full access to the Port of Tampa.
Also a location out of Edward scissorhands
A Rated R Marvel movie
Never watched that movie, but I appreciate the work you put into this. Always enjoy your singing. Was it about reincarnation?💕😊
It’s the song that Harry Heck sang to Frank Castle in the restaurant. Thank you
Good job sir, I'm surprised you didn't mention the Saint house being NBA Star Matt Giegers house and being built to his stature
Tampa Tampa JI passed that building too many times I didn't know they had actors there
Thanks for the hard work! Was the raggedy house he stayed in the Jackson House? Or was it some other location?
No it was close tho same street. Jackson house is still hanging by a thread. Thanks for watching.
You can still reach out to me. I'm only a phone call or even a text away. Great video! Keep up the good work. You are loved!
BTW that was a Chevy Chevelle not gto
That's the house Matt Gieger built.
I’ve been to Tampa but wish I could have seen the locations of the movie
Think I'm going to skip this one, but glad there is much ahead
They covered up the K on the grave stone too
They updated those bathrooms a few years back on honeymoon island.
I need to get me a 2004 the punisher shirt
when you say Honeymoon Beach are you talking about the island just off Dunedin?
That’s it Honeymoon Island State Park
The mansion on Old Keystone Road used to belong to former NBA player Matt Geiger at the time they where filming the Punisher.
I failed to mention that cause I wasn’t sure if he was still living there or not. Ran into him a couple times
@@TampaJay He sold it a while back. I remember someone saying he wanted to put in a helicopter landing pad there but the City of Tampa wouldn't let him...lol. Its was a bachelor pad. He got married and bough a more family friendly place.
You forget when they buried the twin brother at the myrtle hill memorial park cemetery and hit man scene
No, it’s in the video.
He showed both of them locations
Where did they film the scene where Howard killed Quentin? It's a white building with a big "40" on the outside.
2:37 I bagged that meter with that orange no parking bag that some tard managed to knock off lol. I work in downtown tampa and love that 1 of my favorite flicks was filmed right here! 20:23 Tampa bay times building!
For 1.5 year 1000's of planes have been mouthballed. When a plane sits it breaks. they have to be re-conditioned. at a huge cost. the ones that don't go to scrap. staff have been furloughed throughout the world in airline industry, airport staff, hospitality too. millions of new people have to be retrained. example: it takes many years to train a pilot closing the world for 1.5 years will take 25+ years to recover. not in our life times. Thailand-Philippines tourism dead for decades. after 911 in Vegas the usa closed for about a month. it took a decade to recover then. 2020-2021 is 10000x that.
