@@yashbhadouria9691 what is bro? You want to know how commies became more powerful?.. Well its a long story. Pre Independence, caste discrimination in kerala was at its peak. Mainly hindus. Kerala had about 80% hindu population but due to this caste discrimination may willfully converted to other religions. Lower caste hindus converted to christians. Higher caste hindus especially the Brahmins never used to accommodate lower caste hindus. They were not allowed even to worship in temples. Not allowed to stand in their way and women were not allowed to cover their breasts. Communism in a way did make an impact in kerala. The funny fact is that a brahmin was the one who led this movement.
Later, they made inroads into lower caste hindus. They made them feel that the upper castes had always discriminated them. They then focused their attention to the labourers. Labour unions started and that attracted large section of people. Basically Revolution. Hence, many theatrical plays and songs were written, played and composed during this glorifying communism. That had made the biggest impact. During then the most of the famous Music Composers and Lyricists were communists. Eg Devarajan and Vayalar Rama Varma. In total in those days the communist leaders were the voice of the people. While holding this up they also injected how hindu belief was destroying their humanity. Its like a slow poison. 😅😅.. Why slow poison because simultaneously they were involved in temple culture too. They did rule temples. Thats how CPM is still the largest hindu vote bank in kerala.
