"Garden city of India" !!!Bangalore!!! Having evolved gradually from being the Garden City to the Silicon Valley of India, Bengaluru is that the third largest and one among the foremost livable cities in India. Bangalore is loved for its pleasant weather, beautiful parks and lakes all round the town. When in Bangalore, one can prefer to take an extended, stroll through the greenery of Cubbon Park, shop in many modern malls or street side markets or hop into one of the several acclaimed craft breweries in the city for a cold and refreshing drink. Bangalore had come to be renowned for its eateries, street food corners, quirky cafes, coffee roasters and pubs dotting every corner of the town, serving cuisines from everywhere the planet. Brunches, buffets, burgers, rooftop cafes, late-night eats - Bangalore has it all. However, the unprecedented growth of IT in Bangalore has reshaped quite few things including rising temperatures, polluted lakes and heavily congested roads, especially within the newer areas. Aside from the central business and commercial districts (and the roads leading up to them), the neighbourhoods of Bangalore are mostly quiet and serene, especially the older parts of the town. There's still the early-morning cacophony of street vendors ambling down the streets with carts, selling fresh fruits and vegetables. There are an enormous number of beautifully decorated parks within the city that are ideal for happening a morning stroll or a jog. One rehearse the 300-acre Cubbon Park, or the botanical gardens of Lalbagh, and you will know precisely why Bangalore is so famously called India's 'Garden City'.

Tight slap to all those who show India in poor limelight especially Western media who are obsessed with dhobi ghats, slums, open drains near ganges..some of those homes and golf course apartments are just like the ones in California..namma Bengaluru rocks.
The reason is that videos like this only show less than 1% of India. The majority of us are still in poverty. More people live in slums than high-rise buildings. But if we eradicate corruption from both citizen and rulers, India could be a far better place in recent future.

World's population is 750crore. world's GDP PerCapita is 11355 USD. India's GDP per capita is 2100 USD. So our GDP need to be increased by 550℅ or more than 5 times to become an average income group. (If you refer PPP, in world 18300, India 9000.)

Furthermore, we think 1lakh/month is a good earning (yes, it's a good earning in Indian condition). In fact average US salary is 5.6 lakh/month. I'm not a pessimist. But I don't like exaggerating our status or falsely pretending to be rich. India has the potential to be a world power. But current progress of our country is not enough. Think about China. It's mega cities and infrastructures are many times bigger and greater than that of US and Europe. But when comparing living standards, even the poorest European country would be far ahead of China. So even if India reach the GDP of China, we wouldn't be as rich as developed countries. But many people in social media, especially in the comment section of CZcams, speaks like India has already developed or comparing it with developed nations. It's boasting either deliberately or by ignorance.
@kshitij shekhar Ok that's right. But western media is showing such contents because of demand. People always want to see something different. No one in West would like to watch a video showing some modern buildings. Because they may be watching it from such a building. But I think if we portrait the real beauty of our country, they would appreciate it. I mean natural beauty like Kashmir and Himalaya, old temples, Ajantha and Ellora caves, Rann of Kutch etc.
