Parte ng kasaysayan ng Pilipinas ang mga hacienda. Marami ang nawala na sa mapa ng Pilipinas matapos ang dekadekadang taon. Pero mayroon pa ring mga pamilya o mga tao na matatawag natng haciendero/haciendera dito sa Pilipinas.
Maghandang malula, mamangha, at ma-inspire sa libong ektrayang lupain o hacienda ng mga pinakamalalaking haciendero ng Pilipinas!

ang question dito kung ordinary kang pinoy paano ka magkakaroon ng ganyan karaming lupain? kasi 5 hectares lang ang maximum na lupain na pwede mong makuha kpg agricultural land.. so kapag company or corporation ba ang itatayo mo hanggang ilang hectares ng lupa ang pwede mong ma-angkin?
Ang na land reform lang magkakaroon ng 5 hectars per person, pero yung mga hayopan , walang land reform.
Parang karamihan sa kanila umupo bilang politico. So malamang na may paggamit din ng power para madagdagan at mapalawak pa ang mga lupain

The Biggest Landgrabbing in the Philippines.This is one reason that majority of the filipinos are poor because the land the tilled is their owned haciendas.We hope that this Haciendas be included by DAR Office for awarding it to the tenants. Because of this these HCienderoes will give way to the tiller of the land because they are already rich in the first place.
As my Mexican neighbor said " There's No Politicians that became POOR at the end of their Term." Kawawang Pinoys.
It takes a politician to possess and maintain large tracts of land. The cost of securing the area alone may not be feasible for farming ventures to be viable. With political influence, government resources can easily be tapped to protect your interest at cost to government.
