  • Use a 9 volt Battery for testing.
    PIN 8 Positive
    Pin 6 and 7 Clockwise
    Pin 6 Counter Clockwise

    Open it up and check for a cracked gear, replace the gear for 12.00 and reinstall the unit.

      then you would have to time it not fun figuring that out no line up points ??

      I did this over 2 years ago, Not sure, I guess I got lucky, took pics at each point of disassembly. Replaced the gear and reassembled asper my photos and installed still working ok today.

    Of course it’s going to max or peg out because you’re not including the sensor which tells it it’s positioning and when to reverse. This video is doing a great disservice by being uploaded!

    You clearly didn’t listen to the video. The motor goes in reverse when you change points of contact with the battery. If it goes one way and will not go the other then the module is clearly bad.

    I've got a 14 camaro, the ac and heat work perfectly 99% of the time. Occasionally, the entire system fails and I lose power to the dash controls. (No lights) GM says it might be a service bulletin. And that a reflash is required. Anyone know what's going on? Anyone? Help!
