That's right Jon, a real champ rematches someone who beat them rather than fleeing the division, waiting 3 years until Stipe is too old and Francis is gone, and cherry picking the one guy in the division with zero grappling in order to get a belt like some people we know... 😂😂😂

Petrol on the knuckles was really popular when I was a kid! That’s the first time I’ve heard anyone mention it in 20years. It was a thing, and probably still is with the he travelling community.

But also me knowing anything we put on our skin is ingested into our body, i cant see petrol doing any good on our internal organs even if it does toughen the knuckle skin.. it certainly does not harden the knuckle bones..

I hope Aspinall won't get any injuries from that petrol soaking. I know he is trying to improve, but that is just too risky. I think the modern tight gloves should have taken into consideration, they could peel off the hardened skin from his knuckles and it's basically over from there. If I were a pro fighter, I would use lotion regularly to not get any skin damage.
