15. Montage von Mischrohr und Mischkammer - Assembly Mixing shaft, Mixing chamber

Hallo Leute,
hier erklären wir Euch wie Ihr das Mischrohr einbaut und Justiert.
Dazu wird Mischrohr mittels Joch und Druckstückmittels und einer Schraube befestigt.
Der Düsenabstand wird auf 14,6mm eingestellt. (dies ist mein persönlicher Erfahrungswert)
Dazu wird noch eine neue Mischkammer mit VA-Brenner eingebaut.

It is one those items you buy in life and after many hours of fiddling around amd ordering spare parts - it either ends up on the shelf to be never used again or you throw it away. I have spent so many hours on it: 4 times as much as actual burning hours. Too bad it is so expensive. It does not work and is not made well. The needle does not completely close. The mixing chamber breaks in the housing amd falls of. The pressure build up is a tiny plastic nob and besides it being am excercise it is very uncomfortable for an adult hand. It snaps your finger. The pre burner is hard to ignite and stops very often and restarting is difficult. Might work indoors.... but he!
14.5mm is only achievable when you bend the ring that holds the tube. 12 is the best i can get without putting force on it. The screw that is supposed to hold that distance comes loose.
Patiently worked 3 hours on it again this week. Petromax hk500 is not good for your stress levels. Buy a standard oil lamp - buy 10 of them and still save money and agony
