Nova's Soldier of Fortune allows Nova to speed up cooldowns at the first production structure, at the cost of slowing the production on the rest. To maximize this talent, I prioritized liberator production and smashing trains.

Soldier of Fortune Prestige
Reworked such that it now reduces unit charge times on the first production structure (Barracks, Factory, or Starport) an Elite unit is built from instead of the Barracks. The other two production structures will have their charge times increased.

You're about to be liberated.
First structure that has finished construction gets favored by P1. This means that you can build a rax, then a starport after. Since starports build faster, they'll finish first and get the bonus.
Alternately, you can use the "halt construction" command to save finishing a production structure for later.
By the way.. the first building that FINISHES counts for this prestige, not the one that starts first.
When the enemy has good army vs air I usually go factory, those spidermines can completely annihilate ground units or single targets. For example the hybrid from part and parcel can be 1 shot with spidermines. I didnt think it was possible but it is surprisingly.
If you want to go pure starport you can get a pair of banshees before the first wave

What it means by the first production started is whatever structure you use first
Nik A not true, it means whatever structure you finish building first. You can start all 3 at the same time but if the starport finishes first it gets the bonus. Unless it’s a bug you don’t need to use the structure for it to get the bonus

Done this, liked it! Definitely a good rework of the prestige! By the way, I think Zap Kerrigan & Super Duper Gary will probably be the best for next week's mutation, it would be interesting to see if enemies immune to her can still be stun by Fury!
They can, karax stun from orbital works too, so kerris stun should too

The P1 is just as fun as P3. The issue is gas, you need to go straight for gas ASAP
Is there a way to transform all liberators at the same time? Once you have 8+ of them is quite a nuisense to spam click transformation.

As per the patch notes, "Reworked such that it now reduces unit charge times on the first production structure (Barracks, Factory, or Starport) an Elite unit is built from instead of the Barracks." This means that the first unit you produce will determine which structure gets the reduced cooldowns. So, if you build marines ASAP, all your bio units will have reduced cooldowns. If you build a liberator first, the starport will get the reduced cooldowns.
I actually prefer her mass raven play style, mass lib is good but too gas heavy and only scale up in the later part of the game. Usually you can use nova to defend but there will be times when you make a big oupsie and lose her plus I don't trust my allies ability at all so I think Raven is a more all rounded option.
And they're super cheap so you can air strike all day long.
