Did this on my car, I can't get the v band to sit correctly no matter what. How far do you have to tighten it? and did you have to lightly tap it as you were tightening so it would seat properly?

It was a pain dude. So when I knew I got it close I closed the vband clamp and zip tied it closed so when I let go of the FDP it didn’t come loose.
I will say it was extremely frustrating.
