It actually not Cedar Point fault for that accident of the original it’s the maintenance for not keeping updated once a while also it really isn’t the manufacturer fault it’s mainly maintenance

So yes, the spike is 420 feet but if you watch footage of the train going up the spike, it does not make it to the top. It looks like it leaves almost 100 feet from the top.

LSMs are also much more reliable than the hydraulic launch used in ttd. That ride had a lot of downtime
