VW Lupo GTI Interior Disaster Detail. Interior Has Not Been Cleaned in 5 Years!

- So the first ever interior clean for our recently acquired Vw Lupo GTI. The car has been sat for 5 years in a damp UK garage so as you can imagine there was a lot of smell and a lot of old baked in dirt. Yum Interior came to the rescue as always and has completely turned the interior of this car around.

Sorry to hear about your loss, you have my condolences. Great job on the Polo guys 👍. I Used your Yums interior for the first time last week and I’ve already fallen in love with it, it’s brilliant.
Just a suggestion: Instead of using swabs, why not invent a reusable ‘vent woolly’ ? 🤔

Also we do have a vent wooly, reason we didn't use it is because picking out wet foam from the vents is easier with something you can through away and not having to constantly rinse the wooly out, trust me those vents were disgusting, but for future cleans its a vent wooly only job
As small VW's go, this Lupo GTi seems to have nice quality carpets inside. The black carpets in my youngest's VW Up are full of sand covered over by nasty dealer-applied carpet paint and are a pig to vacuum out. We call it the Flying Dog Kennel.
We are lucky with this car most areas seem factory fresh as it hasn't covered any wet conditions

Thing is when wetting seats that much over time it causes the material to separate from the seat foam?
yes and no. we used heat to dry fabrics very quickly also yes you can damage foam if you wetwac the same seats weekly
Would it not be easier to take seats out for full deep clean
it would yes, we are simply demonstrating how its done to someone who may not have the capability to take them out
