If I really get cracked to the head it feels like a little headache for a second tho, that’s about all I’ll feel lol

Stop kick or low side kick is the way of JKD that used to be his only low kick arsenal and it was really effective, but since the 2nd Diaz fight he has switch to mt leg kicks instead and they have hurt him more than the other guy ever since.

People overall hate Conor so much that they dont even recognize that he chose to fight Dustin with a fucked up leg and didnt even pulled out, they say that was an excuse after seeing him after the fight with a crazy injury. I mean how much you need to hate one guy that you completely ignore that when there are fighters in the ufc who pull out of the fight with a bruise, and im not even his fan or nothing im just saying, props to him, that was kinda savage. You can call him whatever you want but you just cant say that he doenst fight some guy because hes scared or something, Dustin was at the time the most active fighter on yhe roaster and Conor was off for about 2 and half years.
I heard a doctor explaining that it doesn't really hurt until the leg breaks. Fighters usually condition their legs and over time the nerve becomes less sensitive to the point you don't really feel anything until the leg snaps. So that's probably why conor kept throwing the leg kicks, he didn't feel shit until his leg snapped.
I'm pretty sure pain killers help too.

Even I've shit on Conor, but dude is absolutely amongst the toughest who've ever fought. This break has people in hysterics, Anderson, Weidman, Cory Hill, the shock of it alone nevermind the pain. Conor felt it, still threw, snapped it, and butt scooted to the cage and gave an interview full of venom, he even tried to scoot forward and get up, his mind is so game is actually insane

On the Connor documentary it shows this injury happening.
They took the shin guards off in training to apparently better prepare for the fight and he fractured his leg.
Not sure that was the best idea.

Yeah same thing with me 2 different times, when I broke my ankle and again when I tore my ACL and lateral meniscus in one shot. When I tore my knee up though I was laying on the ground in complete agony for 5-10 minutes yelling "fuck!!!" Afterwards I played basketball for 5 minutes and said "nope". Went to the DR the next day.. oh yeah and that rehab was a bitch for real.

I don't know if this was true for Silva, but it seems like with Connor and Weidman, when a fighter all of the sudden in the middle of their career decides they're gonna be leg kick guy against their next opponent and chop down that tree, that's when they break their leg. Their own legs weren't conditioned to be built for it. Fighers who have been throwing leg kicks their whole careers like muy thai fighters don't have that problem. Also, if a fighter implements a strategy that their body can't handle and they break their leg, then they lost fair and square. There's no, oh they were fighting well and maybe winning until they broke their leg.

I have no idea why I getting injured while training is a excuse whatsoever. Training is part of your preparation. And if you overtrain and get hurt that is still your fault.
In any other industry it would make no sense, which we will use mine for example electrical construction: say I ordered too many light fixtures that it clogs up our warehouse so much that when it's time to do the actual job all these light fixtures are in the way and we can't get to the other supplies which causes us to finish the job late. If I were to try to tell our client that we are not to blame and we didn't prepare properly, he would have our asses reported to the contractor review board in an instant.
