Guide to fix U12 error code for Panasonic Washer (Model: NA-F75S3)

- Only try after your warranty have expired, otherwise any tampering might void it. This is same washing machine that I help to fix on Jan 2022 video ( • Guide to fix Continuou... ). Previously, it was the solenoid valve issue. This time is U12 error code and likely the door lid safety switch issue.
There is U12 error code appearing in the washer and it will not proceed with washing.
Most of the time is the rust in between the 2 metal strip causing it to detect that the door is not closed. Resulting it to have U12 error code. This solution might not fix all U12 error code, hope anyone that have same error code to share their stories to hope help everyone learn.
I am not trained in handyman have no professional training. Just like read books and try to repair based on personal interest.
DO IT YOURSELF to save money and save the earth (otherwise the whole washer will be in the dumpster).
Remember to unplug power source when handling any machines

Where do spring go in this machine. I open and it fell from somewhere but don't know where it go?
Hi is it a huge spring or tiny spring? If it is tiny. You can see the picture here (shp.ee/fbvdvud) it is located at the switch sensor. If it is huge then it is spring from the suspension rod.
@@diyyangSG it is a big spring. I think it is a torsion spring. Could it be for the door?
Yesyes you are right👍. i totally miss out that spring for the door. Personally I have not fix before the torsion spring
@DIYYANG Please am still experiencing the same U12 error code even after changing the washing machine door safety switch with a new one it still does the same U12 error when it enters into rinsing mode.. please i need a technician. Thank you

I broke the safety switch but already glued it together & the water level sensor tube is opened
Should i repair the sensor ? Could be the pressure problem?
Hihi, if washing machine keep filing, see if you turn off power will it still continue to fill, if yes then maybe is your solenoid valve issue. this video guide link if need (czcams.com/video/wfCHSAwsxrg/video.htmlsi=dblplj9Kungk7cpl). The water level sensor tube should be fix in place from the sensor to the tub. That is for your machine to detect the pressure and stop at the different water level you set.

Hi, I am guessing your washing machine do not have a display panel for error code. If it is older version washing machine. You only can open up each component to see which item have sign of damage or loose connection.
Even after cleaning the corrosion and replacing the door sensor, the U 12 sensor is still showing with beep sound. What could be the problem?
Hi, i will use a multimeter to check if there is power going to the sensors. I think another possibility could be the board not sending signal to the sensors or wire along the way is damaged
