First Start | 1999 Tohatsu 3.5 outboard |

Spent a few days cleaning, servicing and replacing parts and gaskets on my 1999 Tohatsu 3.5hp two stroke outboard, and it started up! It's a runner and will has many more hours of use left in it. If I can do it, anyone can do it.
