    They were not fined for their response to the Haka.
    They were fined for crossing the center line. The same reason that the French were fined in 2011.

Growing up doing it ive found the best way is to lock eyes with someone performing it to you and face them with the same intensity as its being done to you. Mlre oftern then not. When ive done that ive found thats the best way to accept the challenge and you come off the aggressor in a weird way.

    As a kiwi, the haka is a challenge, the Poms stood in a way to say “yeah we’re here” brilliant!! In NZ when a haka is done, some teams walk right up to their faces to face the challenge. I just love Joe’s sense of humour about paying the fine “am I? So it wasn’t a wind up?” 😂 Classic!

      At the end of the day mate the final was just like the semis the better team won we were outclassed by a great team...I think the all blacks problem was they put too much effort into their cheerleading dutys before kick off lol less dancing more rugby lads...but on a serious note losing in the final after beating the best team in the world is not a bad result

      Because they're not allowed to do much of anything else. If they walk up and challenge it, they get fined. If they turn their backs and ignore it and keep warming up, your fans call it disrespectful. If they pick up the challenge according to the Kiwis' own traditions... they get dropped on their head while the fans and players defend it as fair play.
      There is no appropriate response because you lot either find a reason to cry... or use it as justification for assault on the field.

      The AB's see it as a psychological advantage in all their games, impressive as it is it should really only be performed at 'ceremonial' matches
      eg player retiring, certain number of matches against a team, etc
