The playoffs should be the minimum expectation. We need to stop with this narrative of there's going to be growing pains this year and Caleb Williams progression is the only thing that matters. We were 7-10 last year with below average QB play and we have only gotten more talented in the offseason. I don't see a scenario where the team is equally bad or worse, yet Williams looks good. Poles and Flus are 10-24 in 2 years, you need to be winning by year 3.
if the lions could have made the superbowl last year the bears def can this year. the lions had one of the worst secondaries in the nfl. they had kindle vildor starting for them. who was their great pass rusher next to hutch? we hyperfocus so much on the bears not having an all pro at every position meanwhile teams like the lions have practice squad guys starting for them in the nfc title game. the fucking chiefs didnt have an nfl caliber receiver last year.
